Here I am all-alone in my room thinking
about you once again.
I miss you so much and somedays it is hard
to understand what went wrong.
Other days it is clear as glass and the anger
returns ten times over.
Then it happens as it does every so often, I
hear a song or see something that reminds me
of you and I miss you all over again.
I wonder how you’re doing and if you’re as
happy as I am now. I got back my life and
found the love that was lost for so long. I hope
you get back the love you had once too.
Wouldn’t it be ironic if we were missing each
other at exactly the same time, yet being happy
and cherishing every moment we have with our
spouses? Knowing somewhere in the world
someone else holds a tender moment and reflects
on a love that was so sweet, every once in awhile
when I think of you and you think of me.
