| 31st July 2004, Saturday *Swoon* Peach Girl never fail to give me sweet romantic feeling within me. heh heh.. sappy eh? I watched 'She spies' in the afternoon. Pretty funny especially the part where these 2 spies thought their friend was at a love-making session. I was laughing my heads off. hehz.. then i spent the rest of the noon studying for my tests. boring life.. I heard some kids singing the national anthem around the neighbourhood. sounds gibberish to me, but i think it's sorta cute? they must have been in an advance national day mood. today is the last episode for the HK channel U 7pm show. I love the show, but so sad, it has to end. I've been much of a tv freak nowadays. ahhh.. The Simple Life, another one of my fav show. Cant wait for next week's episode cos from the ad, some guys from a pub shouted at Paris to go back home. guess it's something like that.. but gonna have class BBQ all the way at Bukit Batok next sat! shit! im gonna miss the show.. grrr.. maybe i'll leave early. no mood for BBQ all the way at the west side. chi chi.. i dont care, by hook or by crook, i must watch that show! heh heh heh.. Wilson went to play mahjong at his friend's place after reaching home from work. hmm.. hope he will win! hehe.. 30th July 2004, Friday Today was a cool day. Terence pampered me and michelle by giving us a lift to school this morning. heh heh.. So nice right? and we were talking crap throughout the road trip to school. Both of us were like thinking it would be so great if this happens everyday cos we are so damm lazy. hehe.. (Hint hint, Terence. I know you're reading this! =p) Got a headache in school, bugging me like shit. Almost wanted to skip FO lecture. But i dragged myself and Chris gave us a surprised quiz. I had to move to other seats cos he wants us to 'space out'. sickening, make me move so far and cause me to lose my eraser. luckily i found it after lecture. ok, for the quiz, i dont even know how to do. i was seated in front at the 2nd row and Chris was standing in the middle talking to the rest behind. Thanks to that, i managed to ask other pple for answers. heh heh.. who cares! terence got a free NDP preview ticket. He and his friends are not going and he doesnt wanna give it to me and chelle cos they intend to sell it. hmph! Richard asked to hang out again and i asked if he's driving but he returned the car. Anyway, my sms reply to him sounded pretty sick i think. its like he doesnt have the car and i dont wanna go out with him. Well, not sure if he misunderstood me. nah, heck. Even if he has the car, i dont feel like going out with a headache. Went home after school with michelle and we met her friend. Her friend was with another friend and i found him so familiar. When michelle and her friend got off the mrt, it's only me and that guy left. I asked him which sec school he's from and he said CCHB. No wonder i found him so familiar! I thought in my mind that he used to be fatter, but i cant possibly say out he's fat right? in the end he showed me his IC photo and indeed he was fat. I was kinda surprised how skinny he has become. Anyway i forgot his name. He's one yr my senior in CCHB. He got a tough time remembering me. He asked me who i hang out with usually in school to get a rough idea. I said Shermin, and he doesn't have a clue. i showed him a photo of min and i while we were in sec school. Finally, he has a vague idea and he said i used to be very 'guai' in school. hahaha.. and now in poly, i'm like wild cos of my hair extension. It's nice talking to him.. alright i have to do my project now, gotta do my survey. tata.. 29th July 2004, Thursday In school, my BD group has decided to set up a stall at the SB flea market selling Strawberry Smiles. We emailed our client a proposal cos he offered to provide a freezer and the goods for our market research. It's either he donate the goods and pay for all the expenses or we buy his goods on consignment and keep the profits ourselves. We're hoping to get a favourable reply from him cos that's gonna be so fun! after school, I studied a bit for my test in the library and i fell asleep. Only woke up when Wilson called my phone. heh heh.. still, i dont understand a single thing. Nowadays, i've run out of brain cells to burn. i've been feelin pretty lazy nowadays. Also keep rejecting Richard when he wants to hang out even when he offered to pick me up. feel kinda bad though. Supposed to study at night, but i ended up feeling mentally sick and headache. I feel as though i wanna scream out loud or maybe kill someone just to feel better. got nothing else to add anymore, so ciao! 28th July 2004, Wednesday Went home after school, Wilson stayed back in school to do work and will be going home with his friends. accompanied lynn to burn at the taxi stand. Jaiyme came to join us later, only to realised that there's gum on her pants. hehe.. she kept telling us not to laugh cos she's feeling pretty sick. I helped to clean her pants and all the tissue made it worst by sticking onto it. Ending up using some water.. Wasnt too bad after that. Reached home in time for Entertainment Tonight.. Like the show! jus rot till late.. i tried studying for my tests next week. But i was sleepy after reading one page. hehe.. better luck next time.. -_- 27th July 2004, Tuesday Stayed back with Wilson in the library cos he needed to do some computer stuffs. My nosing has been running since yesterday. Wilson bought me this 'stick' to help clear my blocked nose. It helps and i was sticking it up into my nose while watching tv with him. Watched 'Gong Xi Fai Cai' at my place again and 'Brainiest Kid'. This girl was pretty amusing. Her specialist subject is netball and she know nothing about them. One qns give to her was 'What's the length of a netball court?' Her ans was '1 hour.' hahaha.. it was supposed to be the measurement of the length of the court, not the time. and Wilson found it so funny. I was amused too. Wilson asked me 'What's the length of a soccer field' and we answered '90 minutes' together. hahahahaha!! funny.. madness! This girl gave us so much to laugh about. Thanx babe, if you're reading this. But i doubt so. wahaha.. 26th July 2004, Monday Was so tired after school. I didnt even wait for Wilson to end and i went home. heh heh.. He was also very tired cos he only slept for 2 hrs the previous night. I indirectly saved him the trouble from sending me home. heh heh.. Wilson has been so hardworking since school started. I should learn from him! 25th July 2004, Sunday sigh.. i feel kinda reluctant to go for project discussions and its like at 4p.m. I got this urge to wear shorts but i didnt. We went to McDonald's @ YMCA and we were done at 6.30pm. quite fast eh. the moment i reached home, i had to come out with a short brief report for the project with the few points we discussed. It's the first time i'm doing a report in such a wierd, stupid, time consuming manner. i wonder if it may jus be an insult to our intelligence. Thanks to that person's idea. tsk tsk. need to do some things now.. nite! 24th July 2004, Saturday I got to watch Peach Girl today. heh heh.. i love that show. It's touching, romantic, sad.. everything! I feel like getting the vcd so to watch the whole episodes at one shot, jus like what i did for Meteor Garden 1. but no $$$.. hehe.. Went to Chinatown with my mum, we shopped around and we had dinner at The Majestic, at this shop call Malan Noodles. i think its shanghai food. the food is good and i love the chilli sauce! its so so so nice! i can eat it plain without anything! the food's cool but i jus wish i had enough stomach space to try the dim-sum. =p later we went to the night market and i found there's many new stores and they were pretty nice. at least it's something new and fresh to see compared to the usual stuffs at town. we walked passed an Indian temple and we followed some people inside. haha.. just to have a look around cos we nv been inside one before. We went to a couple of streets and there were many food stores too! I came upon a CD shop and some of their CDs are so damm freaking cheap and they are all 100% original. so cheap till i cannot resist not buying. (only the chinese ones.) My mum got me the Cyndi cd for only $8. Yes, i know its so cheap!! i wanted Ou De Yang but its $18. So i was deciding between F.I.R, Jay, Cyndi and Jolin. I took F.I.R but later went back to the shop to change it to Cyndi. hehe.. dont ask me why, i dont know which one i prefer anyway. we reached home around 10.45pm and min and I were supposed to go out with Richard. He's suppose to pick us up around 10.30. But it got late and by the time he called me it was 11pm. like -_- right.. haha.. nvm, there's always another time. 23rd July 2004, Friday The meeting with the client was a success. Maybe most of the credit should go to my tutor cos she did most of the talking. So now focus will be strawberry smiles, strawberry smiles, strawberry smiles!!! heh heh.. cool ya.. Wilson waited for me for almost 2 hours. the meeting took around 1 hour! He ended up watching 'Gong xi fa cai' at my place cos he will miss it by the time he's home. We watched tv for the next 2 hours.. 'Durian King' was kinda funny, it made more sense to me after Wilson translated the hokkien meanin to me. hahaha.. He left immediately after the show. Wilson's been so nice to accompany me at home nowadays. heh heh.. XOXOXO.. 22nd July 2004, Thursday I didnt do my tutorial.. hehe.. and my tutor went around checking our work. he asked for my name when i didnt show him any work. i guess i was marked down. hehehe.. he sux at teaching tutorial and is better at lectures. Went home after school. Stopped by 7-Eleven and to my dismay they didnt sell any strawberry smiles. grrr.. i was fantasizing about eating it after lynn told me she bought some. tml is our meeting with our prospective client. Wish us luck~ 21st July 2004, Wednesday I was fully awake for tutorial, but i wasn't listening much cos i couldn't understand anything at the first place. Was extremely sleepy during lunch. Lynn called up the company regarding our project. The person wanna meet up with us in school on friday evening to discuss certain issues. I hope he better let us work on his company after all we are going so much trouble even before his approval. and trading classes woke me up. Today was damm freaking hard with my slow retarded thinking.. all the new hand signals blah x3.. After school went to libray to copy my notes that i've missed out the past 2 days. It was so much and i cant finish! My hands are numbed from writing and i've decided to photocopy some. Ya la.. im lazy.. hehe.. Wilson came to my place after school and we watched tv.. all the copying at home has made me sleepy too.. so till den, ciao~ 20th July 2004, Tuesday Back to school tomorrow. although it's bored at home, i do not wish to go back to school either. i'm gonna be so dead for tutorial tomorrow as i missed monday's lecture. yikes.. The only decent show i watched the whole noon was 'under one roof'. Earlier on, I watched the Singapore Brainiest Kid. The qns was to state another name for New York and this kid say 'Big Banana'. hahaha.. laughed like mad! Wilson can't come over to my place at the last minute cos he need to run some errands for his dad at Bugis. =( but he promised to make it up to me tomorrow. heh heh.. =) gotta pack my bag for school now.. Couldnt sleep well last night, my body was aching terribly and i keep waking up every half an hour or less. I slept in different positions and even tried sleeping in a sitting position. How bad can things get? When i checked my temperature in the middle of the night, highest was 39.8 degrees again. For a moment i thought i had to be hospitalised due to brain damaged. Around 5am plus, i went to my parent's room to try my luck at sleeping. It helped fortunately. I rested the whole day, sleepin and watchin tv.. Wilson came after school and got me porridge for dinner. He bought a new Panasonic phone, forgot what's the exact model. Think he's comin again tomorrow. hehe.. 18th July 2004, Sunday Fever got worst. They were pretty supportive of it and Lynn called up the company to enquire if they are interested in it. The person was not bad i guess. seems positive and he wanted more details so we got our tutor to talk to him. We'll be getting a reply from him on Wednesday.. i'm crossing my fingers cos im really into the company. My tutor told us before that a group did for Hourglass and the company gave each of the member a Burberry watch! oh my! it's so wow! well, wish me luck in getting approval from the company! Something happened yesterday and i forgot to mention. Me, michelle & John were in the mrt on our way to school. Me and chelle were seated. This gong toot toot guy came from somewhere and stood near the door in front of us. He turned around, looked at my legs, giggle or laugh at himself and turned away facing the door! freakin shit! I thought i 'zhao geng' but no! i'm careful with the way i sit when im wearin skirts! he continued and did that a couple of times.. lookin at my legs! i was cool at first, chelle was pretty mad and kept starin at the bastard. he realised that but he still went on! it came to this point i was like fed up, he turned around and looked at my legs again and we had eye contact. He looked at me and i looked back at him with a menacing look. I guess he got afraid, he walked off to another side far away from me and i saw him standin alone, shaking a little bit and mumbling/talkin to himself. oh man.. i scared the shit out of him! wahaha.. he deserved it. obviously he's got a major mental problem cos John saw him tryin to get close to a girl wearing skirt. i'll slap him if i see him again! hmmm.. back to school stuffs. Shang, for the second time, complimented that my hair was cool! wahaha.. i was like.. floating! hehe.. flattered cos it's coming from him. hehehe.. since he was back from UK, he got so much cuter. kekez.. after school went to suntec with chelle and ying x2. went to the Polar cafe for some cakes with chelle's primary school friend. It was chelle's treat. Later ying x2 went to work, and we even went there for dinner. Another friend of chell joined us later. We clicked pretty well and it was mad. At pastamania, Uncle Larry knew Vogole in aglio olio style was mine cos it was my all time fav cooking style. cos customers dont order it that way.. so sort of obvious it was mine.. hehe.. and he gave me extra clams..and it was alot! wahaha.. It got very crowded later and that manuel asked ying x2 to tell us that if there's a need, we should let the table to the customers.haha.. ya, we're hogging the tables. well, cos he knows me, of cos they are not 'ke qi' but nvm.. if im someone they dunno, they cant do that to me! Michlle and I bought one another disney mugs. it was so cute! I got chelle a tigger mug for her birthday which was on the 14th. She got me an Eeyore mug as my belated birthday present. haha.. pretty lame right? we choose what we like, the other party paid for it and we exchanged. no difference cos its all the same price. it's like gettin the mug for my own, but.. the feelin is different.. to me, it's a present from chelle.keke.. i was on my way home around 10.30pm and richard asked me to go clubbing.. -_- what good timing.. i was tired and it was pretty last minute. hahaha.. anyway i feel bad for him cos he doesnt have happening friends. all are so goody goody, no life sia.. wahahah.. ooppss.. Jourdan not here to accompany him also. i guess he needs more friends like me, the one who will 'chiong' till mad. haha.. k lar, this is a freakin long entry. ciao~ 15th July 2004, Thursday School was short today and i was so bored. Not meetin Wilson cos he's gonna end school late and staying back for projects. Richard was lookin for pple to watch Super size Me with him. Not interested in that show, i might as well stand in front of Macdonald's and look at the crowd eating. I ended up going home and spent the whole day watchin tv. I watched The Apprentice earlier on, what a cool show. Gtg now, need to think of business ideas for my final year project. 11.58pm: Alright, im back here again. I got brainwaves, my rusty brain gears are working! after some research, i found out that Strawberry Smile is the frozen dessert product of a local company here! so far, they have been very successful in Japan and i bet they are now tryin to enter into the local market cos they were at the Taka food fare! So i think it will be a great idea to get the company to be our client and we do the market research for them! but getting them to approve is another side of the story. Personally, its a great idea to me, i've got to discuss this with my group mates though we've already come out with some ideas.. hmmm.. well, i'm pretty excited.. but i guess the chances on doing this is pretty slim. 14th July 2004, Wednesday My trading tutor was so sickenin today. Lessons was suppposed to start at 1 but he changed it to 2. Later, he turned up late at 2.30. By right, school ends @3pm and now he dragged it to 4.30pm. Pissed me off cos Wilson was waitin for me since 3. the tutor had an important business lunch with some big shot people cos he himself is the VP of some exchange in S'pore. chi chi.. i dont care anyway. Wilson and I went to get Mean Girls' tix at Lido. Show startin at 7.30 so we walked around. I wanna eat at Glutton street but it was so damm freaking crowded. The queues are long and it seems like it was going to rain. We walked back to Taka. Initially at Shaw, we ate chicken skin. At the Taka food fare, we bought cheese and western sausages, Tako Pachi, Soursop and my fav, apples with chocolate coating and strawberry smile (strawberry with cream)! that's so delicious! yummy! and that's my dinner! Mean Girls was an 'alright' show. Dont find it fascinating, not a big hoo-ha. Lindsay's boobs are HUGE for her age. haha.. im so tired.. so tata~ 13th July 2004, Tuesday Whole day of lectures in school today and i fell asleep during the noon. I cant take it! zzzzzzzzz... After school, meet Wilson at the main library. He wanna do his homework so i read a bit of my lecture notes. Good time for revision ya.. later we went to use the school's pc. I was printing out my school notes and he was watchin those scary video clips. I got a few glimpses and i was like~ oh shit! haha.. left school around 7+ and we secretly ate potato chips at the mrt platform. keke.. good thing we found seats in the train. Supposed to end at 5, but we ended early at 4. Thing is he's also done at 4, but he had to stay back for projects. I ended up waiting for him. It wasnt that bad at first cos i had company and it was after 5 that my friends left school. I made my way to the main library where he was and end up reading newspapers. Sigh, if im not wrong from next week onwards, the last class will start @1.45pm and end @3.45pm, that means i'll have to wait for him. sobz.. well, its alright if he need not stay back for projects. hehz.. we left school around near 6 and he was tired so we head home. I did the usual stuffs like readin the newspapers when i had a shock. This guy friend from sec school sms me out of nowhere and admitted to having this thing for me. Didnt mean to be bad, but i laughed after reading the sms! well, i was flattered ya, but i kinda knew it a long time ago. hehe.. no worries man~ we're chilled and still friends. Got to do school stuffs now! 11th July 2004, Sunday Went out with Min and Richard in the late noon at orchard. We ended up at Baker's Inn at Paragon. Richard was nice to give us a treat. Heh heh.. hey thanx again if u r reading this. And we finally get to know what's the new thing in him. heh heh.. oh well, its not a big hoo-ha. jus shocked but nothing much. We slacked there for awhile before heading down to far east. min was thinkin of gettin her hair braided and gettin a manicure. But i forgot why she didnt do it in the end. heh heh.. so we went to Color House at wheelock and i did my hair extension. I added 3 strands on my hair. Hope it will stay cool.. haha.. hmm.. wonder what pple in school will say. The color combination was chosen by min and rich cos i couldn't decide. Well i paid $18 for it.. pretty alright eh.. anyway Wilson is gonna 'compensate' me. wahaha.. hey, its not that i want it, he insisted on it after i told him that i did the hair extensions. After that, went shopping around Tampines with my mum. We weren't very hungry, but sorta felt like eating so we had this huge plate of american chicken chop with mushroom cream soup. its was so filling and even had durian roll from Angie's choice. Left Tampines around 4plus and we ended up eating glutinous rice balls at bedok. Eating alot yeah? Comm'on its the Singapore Food festival! heh~ today i wore my new brand of lens. Man~ its was damm uncomfortable for my right eye. Not sure why it's happening, maybe im not used to the new brand. Thought Acuvue is good. Hope i can get used to it! Watched Simple Life earlier on, heh heh.. that's a funny stupid show. Lookin at that 2 bimbos make me wanna laugh out loud. After that show was Joe Millionaire, not bad.. with a twist at the ending. Maybe meetin up with e guys tomorrow. lets see about tt. zzz.. 9th July 2004, Friday School was alright today. I ended at 3 while Wilson ended at 5. Was pretty lazy to wait for him after school. anyway, he's going out with his classmates when school ends. So i was already home @ around 4.30pm. I turned on the PC and started trading again. This stupid game is getting on my nerves and now i cant really be bothered. I'm willing to be disqualified. tsk tsk.. I spent the remainin evening in my room listen to the radio and reading the newspapers. I was tryin freakin hard to understand the articles from Money section. Also browsed through Classifieds but none of the jobs interests me. I wanna get a job and i dont feel like working. Haha.. oh well, take one step at a time~ Was so bored jus now, i sent some e-cards to Wilson, jus for the fun of it. And also cos i miss him so much.. heh heh.. brain's dead, so ciao~ 8th July 2004, Thursday Yikes! its was raining very heavily early in the morning! Luckily it stopped when i left home. Everything was as per normal, until Business Development (BD) class. Well, today i met this new person who joined my group out of nowhere. BD was a freakin module. It's our final year project which will take our whole life in year 3 to complete. And the group is made up of people from different courses, so most of the people are strangers to me except Lynn and Pearlin. Luckily Pearlin is from marketing and from there we managed to form a group from scratch. Today is the first class and we already had to come up with a team contract, in any case any of the group members breach any conditions. ehhh.. stupid yeah? We had to come up with new business ideas, in other words we are young entrepreneurs. We can also choose to find any company to be our client. For instance, we can choose to work for OSIM or Lancom. But none of these appeal to me. Thing is, they will pay each of us around $100 if we agree to do the project for them. But having a client means more work and stress, as well as even going back to school or where-ever to present your ideas to the company. Well, at least this can prepare u for the working life cos this is very real. sigh sigh.. this is one hard project. today i started trading the foreign currencies online. Everything was fine at first till i have some error problems. I ended up calling the technician.. luckily they solved the problem or else i will be disqualified for not making a minimum of 10 trades. Well, something is wrong with my trading i guess, so i may get disqualified! i got no idea what i did in the FX market. I simply any-o-how buy/sell without thinking. I bet i'll a make losses. If this is real life, i guess i'll declare myself bankrupt! sigh sigh.. After school, accompanied Lynn, Jasbir & Gudip (?)(not sure how to spell) to chinatown for their job interview. I had time to waste anyway. I waited for Wilson to end school so that we could meet somewhere and go home together. heh heh.. gtg now, need to read the money section of straits times! life sux! 7th July 2004, Wednesday Was so restless and sleepy in school especially during the lunch period. I was dreading about the next lesson cos we are going to learn to buy and sell shares in a 'real' market environment. The lesson came and the room was pretty cool. There were a few small rooms with computer screens, tv, phones etc, for us to learn trading. Sounds scary eh. they even have the trading pit where brokers shout and do hand signals at one another to buy/sell. Beginning was kinda torturing, we had to sit around the pit and my butt was sore. After basic introduction, the lesson started with a trial run. There, I learnt some skills on hand signals to buy/sell. It was pretty confusing. Than, the action started. We started playing in a 'market' and the whole class was in a frenzy. Everyone was pretty confused at first. I managed to do 3 transactions. heh heh.. after the market has closed, i didnt win or lose any money. I was practically freakin out, tryin to observe and be quick in my thinking. Slow thinking is bad! Need more practise! Stress~ And we were to join this foreign exchange contest organised by some company. The person who wins the most money wins $2000. Alot ya! I bet i cant even win $100 in the game. But the contest was graded, if not i wont even take part. -_- after school went to orchard with Michelle, Ying x2, Jana, Jaiyme and Terence. We wanted to take a cab down but no cabs in sight after a long wait, ended up takin bus. We had YaKun at Far East. Later, Terence and Ying x2 left. The remaining of us went to Heerens. Window shopped around.. Michelle & I left first to go to Bugis. I went back to the Adidas store to get the bag i like. I'v been going to the outlet for the past 3 consecutive days buying some stuffs. Think i spent too much money~ ooppss.. gotta control.. 6th July 2004, Tuesday Had 3 lectures for the whole day and it was so damm freaking cold~ brrr.. i need to get a new jacket. and it's like.. die die must get Adidas jacket! In school, met Kenn. It's been a long time since i saw him? maybe during my 17th birthday? heh heh.. he was doing ITP in school and he's suppose to fix some cables thingy. After school, went to meet Wilson at Orchard. He ended school early and he went to hang out with his friends. We went to Tangs at first to check out the Puma bag i was eyeing, as well as jackets. None of them caught my eye and they looked pretty ugly. Went to the Adidas store, the jackets were pretty expensive! $109- $139, dependin on the designs. So nothing nice caught my eye and we head to Cathay. No luck there too. Wilson suggested we go to Queensway. It was around 7pm than, i was pretty hesistant cos by the time we reach there, it'll be late. But he told me to buy it today so that it could be over and done with. True though.. went all the way there.. no luck! Even the Puma bag was sold out everywhere! only left with the black, but thats ugly. Me, being a bias buyer, was pretty persistant on gettin an Adidas. And also wanna get one that someone in school doesnt have it. heh heh.. So, head down to Adidas at Citylink. Wilson, seeing me being so indecisive, started to chose some jackets for me and i love it after trying them on. It made me so warm and comfy. I got the blue one, costs $109. They only have the display set left and i dun wanna get that. So they checked and there's new pieces at the new Bugis outlet. So we went down, only to realise that the new piece was a red color jacket. There was some communication breakdown. I felt so grrr. told the salesgirl my 'unhappiness' about makin a wasted trip down. Anyway i got the display set at Bugis. But i guess its not that bad cos yesterday was only the opening, how long could it be hangin there anyway ya? Wilson bought me the jacket! Wahhhhhhhh! so nice of him.. =) before that, he surprised me with an Escada Sentiment perfume. It's so pretty although its those mini kind for collection or display. it's heart shape! i love hearts! and the fragrance was sweet! hehehe.. made me feel so bad! sorta feelin guilty, i offered to pay some for the jacket and he refused. only in the end accepted $30 after much persistance from me. heh heh.. and now no Puma bag, fell in love with this Adidas bag!! shit! $59.. considering to buy cos i saved so much from the jacket. wahah.. but he 'sponsered' me some.. feel so bad though.. Today, i realised its very sweet of him not cos of the gifts but cos its very patient for him, a guy to go shopping with an indecisive girl.. went around to 4 places and its not 'on the way'. even helped me choose and give comments. All these means alot ya! sobz..... so touching.. Surprisingly i was early and didnt fall asleep during lecture. Well, i guess after a few lessons, i'll bound to go back to my bad habits. heh heh.. First day and there's already a lecture at 9am. the lecture was at full speed. how boring can life be? suppose to end school at 5 today but some lessons were cancelled and school was over at 11.30am. hehe.. cool ya? ate lunch in school before headin down to bugis. There's michelle, ying x2 & terence but he left shortly. we wanted to check out the new Adidas store at bugis, the largest in singapore.. when we were there, the shop was closed to the public and only the media were allowed in. Guest star Jonny Wilkinson was there for the opening. I learnt that he's the best rugby player in England. He's pretty cute. We decided to come back later when the store is open to the pubic. We shopped and slack around at MOS burger. Had drinks there.. went back to Adidas, the store was not that huge as i thought it would be. I got myself a tee..nice~ 4th July 2004, Sunday Was watching a hindi film when my aunt asked me to buy orange juice for my cousins whom she's lookin after. My cousin's parents had something on. I went to the nearby mini mart but they aren't selling the kind my aunt wants. so i went to another one, call I-Econ which was at a longer distance. Was pretty surprised by the newly renovated and high tech mini mart. they have scanners and LCD flat screen etc. And there were many customers. I guess its due to the Saturday's night game show. At my aunt's place, i just rotted down there and disturbed my cousins. I went home after being bitten by mosquitos when we went down to the playground. Wilson went to Club 3 last night. Got no idea where it is too. He also went to his friend's place for mahjong and only got home around 5am. around 9 plus, I went to pack my stuffs to prepare for school. Now, i'm wondering why on earth he never put mine or our photos at his friendster account. Last time, which was quite a long time ago, he didnt load our pics into his pc. Now, the pics were already uploaded. His pictures online were a group photo with his friends, his pic, a baby girl and him with his 'brother' (which is a girl). Even me, his girlfriend, wasn't given a place there. hmph! if im a stranger, i would think that his 'brother' is his girlfriend. ok i admit, i felt jealous whenever i see that picture. -_-# what to do? wahaha.. but just as long i dont see it, im alright. so i choose not to see it. 3rd July 2004, Saturday Followed my mum to cut her hair. I cut and dyed my hair. Well, it was much shorter! My hair is supposed to be light blonde, but the lady said my hair is too black and the color will show its brightness after a couple of washes. I hope so too! I've been having a headache since i woke up. It only went off around evening. Lazed all day at home. there's a hindi film, comedy.. a hindi version of Jim Carey's 'Liar Liar'. It was funny though. Wilson msged me around 7+. kinda got me there cos he dont usually sms me while he's at work. So that's a pleasent surprise. =) Well, Wilson jus ended work and is going clubbing with his friends at MS. never asked me along.. wahaha.. nah kidding! i rather stayed home today.. hope he had fun tonight! It's his last day of ITP, he worked so hard and definitely deserves to party wild and hard! =) Another thing i would like to mention here is that I cant stand it when some people try so hard to hide things from their friends. Like their friend is there and someone accidentally spilled the beans about some event they are organising. They dont want the latter to know about it cos of some PAST misunderstanding with another person from their gang and they dont want to invite her and her best friend. Thing is all of them are good friends, imagine they cant at least let you know about the event. (not that THEY care if their good friends dont invite THEM, THEY dont give a damm anyway!) Although some of the friends dont mix well with the others.. but still..? some people outside their gang was invited anyway. well, if those friends really care about you, they shouldn't hide it. It's not that not being invited is hurtful. It's the way they go through great lengths to HIDE it from you. and the someone, upon leakin out the secret, quickly changed the subject, thinking his friend didnt hear it. well, that friend pretended to be stupid. Its not the first time these happen anyway. Somehow this pair of friends weren't sad or feel hurt at all cos have got USED to it and IMMUNE to this. PS: In life, some people continue to be childish or become more mature. I know WE are the maturer ones. What about YOU? 2nd July 2004, Friday It's the first friday that i wish wont pass so fast. It's also the first time I didnt keep looking at the watch to see how fast time flies. Today is the last day of ITP. I'm gonna miss some of the people there, especially SiowShan. We bonded and it's kinda sad. We did lots of funny, stupid stuffs at work. Still remembered the first time I met her, she was so quiet. hehehe.. My trainer and supervisor bought us a chocolate ice-cream cake from Angie The Choice. It's so delicious. I was touched by their generousity and kindness, it made me even more emotional. Although there are times I hate them, but at the end of the day, things are alright... SiowShan, TianFu, Derrick & I sent our trainer an e-card to thank her for guiding us. She opened her mail and read it, turned around to face us.. and she was like 'thank you thank you!' the scenario was pretty wierd, as if things are really emotional.. i quickly pass her tissue and jokingly implyin her to wipe her tears. TianFu did the same too and all of us laughed. That got us out of the wierd moment. 6pm came, time to leave.. Went to say goodbye personally to my colleagues and they wished us all the best in school. When it comes to my trainer, her face was red as though she's about to cry. I know she was sad. Seeing her that way, i quickly looked away cos I dun wanna end up tearing! Come to think of it, these 8 weeks pass so fast.. It wasnt that bad. The experience was good, the people were good compared to some of my friends. I'm gonna miss some of them. Well, I should be out partying right? i wanted to meet Wilson, but he ended up stayin back for work. I wanted to go to Glutton Street at Orchard. Initially he wanted to cut his hair, but he decided not to. asked him to go out with me, he chose to go home after work. grrrr... pissed me off like shit. sigh.. maybe i should be more reasonable. Everything was alright at work. SiowShan and I were thinking of ways to take the company's paper home for school use. haha.. i managed to get a little bit. For the past few days, we were fantasizing that they will give us the new but out-dated palmtops they have no use for. But i doubt they will be that generous. We were asked to read newspapers to look for an article on a fraud case. After work, we were in the same lift as the director. She treated as invisible. -_- oh well.. There's lots of application forms today and I did one whole stack of detaching. But i was doing it in a slow pace anyway. S sent us an email, thanking us for helping her out during these 2 months, wishing us all the best etc. Attached with it was a forwarded Mickey mouse friendship mail.. hmm.. quite sweet right? readin the mail was kinda emotional. although i kept on saying that im glad to go back to school, somehow it's a bit sad to leaave. --- Survivor Countdown: 2 more days --- 29th June 2004, Tuesday time: 9.30am what's the shittiest thing that can happen to me on a Tuesday morning? i was asked to go to contact centre again.. to sit in for someone who's on MC. grrr.. im in the place now, and im so damn bored. i felt myself drifting to sleep.. and i think its too early to be wasting my time surfin the net (which i jus did).. if i should have known, i wouldn't try to finished my blog so soon yesterday. I could jus have leave it to be done while im over here. So far, i didnt get any calls, maybe its still early, but i hope it stays that way. No one to talk with too.. zzz... what about lunch? am i suppose to eat alone? and i just cant stand when my trainer from contact centre answer the calls.. cant stand her voice, the way she speaks. it makes my hair stand and i have the urge to beat her up. speakin of the devil, she jus answered a call and there goes her stupid voice. wahah.. if thats the case, i shouldnt have digged my ear and should let the wax clogged them up. wahaha.. dont save the forest.. save meeeee..... time: 12.50pm just came back from lunch. We bought Milo Dinosaur, gotta drink now before i leave! heh heh.. back at the office, SiowShan and I added extra milo powder to the drink. It taste so chocolaty and so much nicer! Hope today will pass fast! 11.00pm I just survived my first power failure. Initially i thought it was just a trip. I was in the bathroom for goodness sake, luckily i was drying myself up. I heard cheers from some kids at my block downstairs and i was pretty sure it was not just a trip. Oh man! i was freakin out in the bathroom k! there's a mirror and i thought i saw a dark shadow, but i know it's not. got out of the bathroom, looked out the window, my whole neighbourhood was in total darkness and one by one, each household start to have a dim of light. wahaha.. it got so hot! and i was feeling bored! now i know how it feels without electricity. i nv know how it feels, and now i do and the feelin is pretty sick. Never take things for granted.. Wilson called me, but i was still stuck in the bathroom then. His area was affected too! as i writing this entry, his area is not back to normal yet. His blackout started earlier than me, and end later than me.. poor thing.. wahaha.. I called min on her hp, but cant get through. she called me back, both of us using house phones and suddenly the line got cut off. we freaked out! we thought even the phone lines got affected too! but luckily it wasnt cos i managed to call her back. Now the excitment is over and i'll resume my usual activities. tata~ --- Survivor Countdown: 3 more days --- 28th June 2004, Monday Didnt do much work today, i was gettin 'rusty' cos the previous week i was at contact centre. Siowshan and I went to NDP website and printed out the e-coupons available. We copied and pasted lotsa A4 size paper with Mr Bean's free soya drink and Edo's california roll for 90 cents. wahahaha.. we just kept laughin today! for eg, we were in the loo, washin hands etc.. this lady rushed into the cubicle and gave a loud fart! wahaha.. we were talkin halfway and we just stopped and stared at one another with wide eyes! we let out a giggle, controlled ourselves.. left the loo fast, and laughed out loud till we got tears in our eyes.. waahha.. and our associate director asked us what was the joke about. keke.. and also we went to the management office. we got no access and started loiterin to test our luck if someone is going in or out.. and i started running after this lady whom i mistaken for the person we were lookin for. keke.. 'A' seems to be in a good mood today! she added me to her friendster, luckily i didnt add my blog address at my a/c if not she will be seeing all the bad things i wrote about them here. haha.. she even offered me oreos after reading that I love them. She gave me the biscuits, but i fancied the desserts. -_- wahaha.. oh well, today's a crazy day! --- Survivor Countdown: 4 more days --- 27th June 2004, Sunday My aunt called and woke me up at 10.50am. She gave me a mornin call so that we could go to Ikea early for lunch. Reached there around 1pm, and i had pasta, 3 pieces of chicken wings and a packet of milk. Ikea's seating is like a long table.. Beside us was a couple with a spoilt girl. The girl needed a babyseat, but since there are only 2 seats, there's no place for the brat. the mother asked the guy sititng beside her if he would mind shifting a little and give her daughter space... -_- doesnt seems that nice ya.. oh well.. that girl was sooooo spoilt.. yucks. so later, the lady beside me left, so me and my aunt shifted to that table to give the family more space. Spent the whole day at Ikea, my aunt wanna get a closet. The one she got was the nicest and it has this antique, countryside, classic look. Other than that, we bought other stuffs as well. I got markers, blue transparent plastic box and a rainbow hard cardboard box. We have everything with us, except for the heavy stuffs cos we were too lazy to carry them and we left it to be delivered together with the closet on next Sat. keke.. We went through Ikea 3 times that day. No idea how come too.. its just that the 2nd time, my aunt had a voucher after the 1st purchase and decided to get something. 3rd visit was that we had dinner (pasta for me again) there, and my aunt picked up other items as well. So tired, lucky we took cab home! --- Survivor Countdown: 5 more days --- 26th June 2004, Saturday Went out with my mum today. By the time we reach Orchard, it was 6pm. hmmm.. think it was the first time i tie my hair to go out jalan jalan. i think i looked ugly with my hair tied up cos i have BIG ears.. wahaha.. but now, i cant stand my unkept, messy and out of shaped curly hair. Mango was havin this mega sale. I didnt buy any cos I dont really fancy that brand, not that im brand conscious k.. wahah.. lots of ladies were carryin that paperbag at town. We also went to Tangs. Didnt get to shop much cos it was near closin time.. for dinner, I brought my mum to far east's Estella, indonesia food. Recommended my mum my fav food: chicken noodles. but she said it was a little salty. Also ordered grilled banana with chocolate and cheese sprinkled on it, chicken soto with rice and avocado juice. So i think i was considered lucky as i didnt answer much calls, thus givng her less opportunities to get pissed off with me. wahaha.. After work went to meet Wilson. I alighted with TianFu, he's supposingly to attend a meetin, but some of his friends didnt turn up and he ended up not going too. We went separate ways, i ended up at Guardian Pharmacy, went to buy cough drops for Wilson. Wilson wont be arriving that early, so i shopped around. saw this nice top from Esprit.. but think.. i will seldom wear it.. cos it's sorta of like the spaghetti top kind. So finally, i met up with Wilson.. went to the Adidas store at citylink, wanna get a track suit, actaully it's the sweater im eyeing and the pants come along with it.. its $99, with 30% discount.. so after discount.. will be around $70? hmmm.. consider.. later we went to Carrefour. Got nowhere to go.. Wilson bought aloe vera juice.. well, i was having a cravin for pasta, i ended up buying pasta and tomato sauce. wanna make some at home.. heh.. Wilson got tired cos he was havin flu, so we went home early.. i ended up too lazy to cook pasta.. wahaha.. something's wrong withmy blog, i dont know why, thats why i have to add the remainin of June entries here.
