In some cases user's may need to download & install some extra item's in the event of missing files that resort in crashes, or improperly installed/uninstalled software, if this is the case you'll need to download and install either 1 or both the files below...

If you get a runtime or similar popup error message click here:

If you get an error such as "FILE.OCX or FILE.DLL" missing, ActiveX 429 cannot create object or similar error click here:

Please Note:

If in doubt you can download & Install both files, I recommend that because most of the problems are fixed that way, if you choose to do that make sure to download & install the VB6 Runtime Files (SP5) first, and then the VB6 ECP, that way you can ensure a proper and clean install.
