Molly curled up on the couch and had a blanket wrapped tightly around her as she sat watching her favorite movie, X-men. She loved the movie so much and would watch it over and over again because she just couldn’t help herself. There was just something about the movie that brought a smile to her face each time she watched it, but not tonight. As she watched her mind ran off on her. She couldn’t help but think about her little worries. Her friends were driving her crazy, as always and her surrogate twin sister was out for the night with her boyfriend, as always. She was rarely home now a days because she seemed to be joined at the hip with her bow. Sure she was happy for her, but she couldn’t help but feel a little jealous. Not so much because of the guy, she was dating but rather the fact that she was going out and having fun, while Molly stayed behind and kept to herself. As she sat thinking she couldn’t believe how much university had changed her. Once the wild party animal, Molly had settled down so that she could give it her all to the journalism course. She wanted to show her parents that she could prevail and finish the course with honors and so far she was right on target. “Hello … anyone home?” a voice called out. A smile crept upon Molly’s face as she realized just who it was. She jumped to her feet and rushed to the door. “Shaneo, what are you doing here?” “What an old friend can’t come and visit?” “Well no” she laughed, “because I know how busy you are, you can’t afford to come and visit, so something’s obviously up McMahon … so spill” she said as she put her hands on her hips and glared at him. “What your not even going to invite me inside?” he asked as he started to brush the snow off his coat. “Nope, not until you tell me why you’re here” “Fine … I got a call from your sis … happy?” “No” she said as she stormed inside. Shane just laughed to himself as he followed her inside. “Why did she call you? What business is it of either of you two?” “Hey, hey where’s all of this coming from? I just wanted to come and check up on you sweetie because I’ve missed you” he smiled as he walked towards her before wrapping his arms tightly around her. She fought at first before finally giving into it. “See now that’s not so fad is it?” Shane asked as they parted “I guess not” she huffed, “but you should have told me that you were coming” “Oh and ruin the surprise?” he laughed “You’re a jerk you know that?” she glared as she plopped back down onto the couch. “Oh but you love me” he winked “That’s what you think” “Oh I know it baby” he grinned as he sat down beside her placing her feet on his lap. He started to slowly massage them which sent lightening bolts up and down her body. She jumped as she felt them and quickly tucked her feet under nether herself. “Oh Molly I’m so sorry” he apologized “No, no its ok … you know me Shane, I’m just so ticklish its not funny” she laughed “Oh yeah I’d forgotten about that, thanks for reminding me” he winked “Oh damn, what have I gotten myself into now?” she said with concern “You’ll see” he winked before playfully lunging towards her and tickling her all over. “Shane … Shane please” she laughed as their eyes locked. They starred at one another for a long while before their lips locked softly. When they parted they looked at one another before Molly got up from the couch and held out her hand. Shane grinned as he took hold of her hand before following her through to her room, for a little more comfort and privacy.
