Astral Travel | ||||
Astral travel and outer body expieriences are something that many have expierienced it is a perplexing thing when either you can see your own body asleep or spontaneously are taken through many environemnts or the infinity of space I have always looked to astra travel and outer body expieriences myself as not a deffinite indicator to my soul being pulled towards enlightenment or some profound knowledge although you can learn things often astral travelling I find it often limits a spiritual practitioner when astral traveling be sure to flow with it and do not look to much externally for answers nor internally astral travel is something that for its ultimate limitless needs to occupy both external and interior thought. Do not be deluded astral travel can bring significant joy and freedom but think nothing less of your own reality and do not always think of it as solely your spiritual practice as quite often it is merely your own soul or passion wanting to escape your body thus creating such a release another funny thing about the concept of astral travel is it is hard to parallel methods as some work for others and not for others on this page I am going to include two methods one for outer body expieirence the other for astral travel Those who seek to learn more or find out more look around the net and talk to people in chat rooms but if you need my help email me at elements_and_essence@yahoo.com Outer Body Expierience The method I would use or recommend would be the Pan's 11 jump method Sit in a cross legged position and leap with all your might when you reach the climax think one... When descend go back to the seated position and count 2.... Continue up and down and counting... and when jumping upwards counting 11... When you fall counting 12... you should seperate from your body For this method to work one must be pure of heart and aware of the higher consciousness of nature which I becam aware of from a few astral travelling expieriences Astral Travel Simply in a seated position close your eyes.... focus on your breathing breathing in slowly, deeply and constantly count one..... hold for a moment Then exhale slowly and constantly squeezing the last bit of your breathe leave counting two.... continue doing this to clense your mind and feel your energy simply let go transmit it to the air..... continue your breathing...... and picture a place wheather it be chosen or random see it form from the darkness in your mind...... and count 3 wrythmic breathes focus on your breathing breathing in slowly, deeply and constantly count one..... hold for a moment Then exhale slowly and constantly squeezing the last bit of your breathe leave counting two.... focus on your breathing breathing in slowly, deeply and constantly count one..... hold for a moment Then exhale slowly and constantly squeezing the last bit of your breathe leave counting two.... focus on your breathing breathing in slowly, deeply and constantly count one..... hold for a moment Then exhale slowly and constantly squeezing the last bit of your breathe leave counting two.... and feel your attatchment to your body slip and go to where you will |
