Over 45% of this level is covered in bubbles. It is very easy to trap a diamond by surrounding it with them, and that is what makes this level so difficult to do. Luckily there's some fire available to get rid of a few, but overall this has little effect.
I don't think there's any set way to do this, you just have to think ahead so that the path you are taking won't result in you getting stuck anywhere. There are seven jelly beans and you will no doubt need most of them.
I find a useful technique is going through the gap in the wall (which you will notice is shaped like a question mark) at the bottom of the level, and doing the right hand side first.
