| This first set of pictures show the machining of the master pattern for the road wheels. |
| The first picture in this group is of the first half of the cope and drag frame with the master in place. Next is both halves filled and a runner/gate system with an vent. In the third picture, the pour has been made and last is the opened mold showing the results. |
| This series of photos first shows the wheel removed from the sand and cleaned. Next in line is a shot to give you a sense of size of the wheel and the last two are of the master and cast wheels together as they would appear on the tank. Note the finish of the 'rough' cast part. |
| As the project grows, there will be more photos show the final machined wheel as well as the vulcanizing of the rubber onto the wheel. |
