4. 5 times you would be available to play beginning on November 1, 2003.
             Composition of the Tournament

The chess tournament will consist of a single elimination round, much like the football soccer tournament.

However, if you lose a game, you are nto out of hte tournament. Instead, you fall into a second bracket. Often referred to as the "loser' bracket", the second tier is an opportuntiy for a player that had a bad first game to recover. The winner of the losers bracket will play against the winner of the main bracket.

That final match will determine who is Africa's Chessmaster.

Countries are encouraged to put their most intelligent minds forward, including presidents, citizens, and anyother national of the country that excels in the sport. Only one representative per country will be allowed to play for a country.

Note: Failure to show up at your designated time will allow you the opportuntiy to reschedule. Failure to show up a second time for the same match will result in disqualification. If your nation expires in nationstates, you will be disqualified from the tournament.
