In the matter of Elizabeth Polston, Wid-Andrew Polston Co. H. 26th Ky. Inf. Orig No. 807.846.

On this 11th day of July A.D., 1904, Personally appeared before me, a County Court Clerk in and for the aforesaid County, duly authorized to administer oaths, John A. Seaton aged 83 years, a resident of In the County of Hart and State of Ky. whose Post-office address is Kessinger Hart Co Ky well known to me to be a reputable and entitled to credit, and who, being duly sworn, declares in relation to the aforesaid case as follows:

That I have been well acquainted with Soldier Andrew Polston ever since he was 9 or 10 years old and know that he had not been previously married before marrying the claimant in this claim. this affidavit was written this day in my presents and by my direction

His Post-Office address is Kessinger Hart Co Ky I further declares that I have no interest in said case and am not concerned in its prosecution.

Kessinger Ky I am in no way interested in this cliam

In regard to Widow Claim No 807846 Elizabeth Polston I am and have been personally acquainted with Soldier and Claiment have known Soldier Andrew Polston since our childhood days Played togeather when we were Boys he was a few years older than I am I have lived near soldier all his life his marriage to Elizabeth Polston who is his widow is the only mairiage I ever herd of and I have had every reason to of herd of any other marriage if such had occured My age is 62 years
