Robert L. Polston... LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I Robert L. Polston of the state of Kentucky the Co. of Heart being over 21 years of age of sound and disposing mind and memory do hereby make publish and declare that this be my last will and testament1st: I desire all my just debts funeral and testamentory expenses be paid by the executrix herein after named as soon as conveniently maybe after my decease
2nd: All the rest of my Estate forth real and personal of what soever kind and nature I may own at my death I give desire and bequeath unto Ollie Presley and Martin Presley
3rd: I hereby nonmnate and appoint Ollie Presley my niece Executrix of this my will and I direct that she be premitted to qualify as such without the giving of a bond or other security in witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hane this 13th day of Dec 1947

COUNTY OF HART............
I, Betty Smith, Clerk of the County Court for the County and state aforesaid, certify that the foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of R. L. Polston, deceased, was on the 2nd day of Feb., at a Regular Term of the Hart County Court entered for probate, and the same being fully proven on oath by the three subscribing witnesses thereto was allowed and established as the Last Will and Testament and as such ordered to be recorded, whereupon the same with the foregoing and this certificate have been duly recorded in my office.
