At our January 21, 2007 Board of Directors Meeting, the Board voted to "open" future Board of Directors meetings. This is a change in Board policy that previously "closed" the Board Meetings. It is stressed that members attending who want to give an opinion, do so after being duly recognized by the President. Otherwise, non-Board members shall not disrupt the meetings by talking when not recognized. Non-Board members cannot vote in these quarterly Board meetings. If a member would like to attend, he or she MUST call Alvin Chang (533-3762) or Connie Mark (455-5221) by the deadline dates specified.
