Mise (pronounced Missy) is a gorgeous little girl out of our 2002 litter. She is a very sweet natured puppy who loves to cuddle. BUT she is also a little wild child in disguise!! Mise is VERY vocal when she is unhappy about something, and was the first puppy to scale the 3 foot ex-pen and/or figure out how to climb up on top of the kennel inside the whelping box/playpen to get away from her brothers and sister. Definitely a smart little cookie!! Mise made her showring debut over the 4th of July weekend in 2003. Her first time in the showring, she was Best of Breed Puppy and went on to a Puppy Group II. Words cannot describe how pleased I am with her unflappable performance and sweet temperament at the show. Mise is definitely proof that Good things come in small packages!! Mise then started her second show week off with a bang -- winning the EXTREMELY competitive 6-9 month puppy bitch class at the Basenji Club of Southeastern Wisconsin Specialty. She then followed up this performance with a Reserve (to a 5 pt. major) at the Saturday Waukesha shows. Perhaps even more impressive is the praise she's been receiving from other breeders for her beautiful type, structure and movement. Mise has been shown very sparingly while we were waiting for her to mature. To date she has 3 points and will be actively pursuing her championship this year. |
