"Mkodi"

When I went to see Mkodi's litter at seven weeks, I just knew that he was the puppy I had to have.  I can't thank Mkodi's breeders, Mac & Ronda McFarland, enough for letting me have the pick of the litter.  In addition to a wonderful, CORRECT, head, super dark, short coat, good shoulder layback, lovely tail set, and clean movement, Mkodi is one of the sweetest, snuggliest basenjis around.  He loves to talk and yodel, especially if he thinks it will get him out of trouble (which it usually does)!  After multiple Reserves, including one to his half-brother Bantu's second five point major, Mkodi picked up his first point in September taking Breed along the way. Unfortunately, Kodi's bite went level at about 18 months (!!) old.  Although it isn't a seriously off bite, it's enough for me to decide not to continue showing him.
