Lirimaer's Pet Photo's
Kuroneko-Sama ('Sami')
Mistoffelees ('Misto')
My name is Lisa, I grew up and still live in Columbus, Ohio. Most of my childhood was spent in an apartment complex just down the street from where I live now. It really had to be the best years of my life, because for 11 years, I had friends and a place to run. I do have a boyfriend, Ryan, whom I have been dating for 3 and a half years. I need to keep asking him how long since I always forget.

I'll start off talking about my family. I've always had a close bond with my mom, Diane. She once had a knack for arts and crafts, but has somewhat put that down since she started work for Semons & Semons, dealing in bankruptcies. I don't often see my dad, Mike, however. He owns his own company from home and does quite well from what I hear. Him and my step mother, Sharon, bought a new house and are working hard to fix it to their liking. I suppose that just leaves my brother, Chris. Chris and I have the same mother, but different dads, so we're half siblings. Right up until a few years back he had long hair, which made him look something of a 'head-banger'. He bought his own house and escaped the life of living in a small apartment building, just as my mom and I did. I believe my cats to be apart of my family, since they are as close as I'll ever get to having children. The oldest is Mistoffelees, or Misto as we call him. He is very anti-social, and arrogant in his ways. Kuroneko-Sama, 'Sami', is the youngest of the two. In a sense, he's a like a little kid. He is the most loving and affectionate cat I've ever met, but likes to give Misto hell when he can. He's gotten into the habit of bringing me little 'gifts', wads of tin foil or even slippers.

As far as education is concerned, I got through High School alive (wish I could say the same about my self-esteem though). I passed, but not with high marks. I'm in now way dumb or stupid by any means of the words. But I excelled in art more than I did in Sciences or Mathematics. Art was always a strong focus of mine, and when I graduated High School, I left for Pittsburgh to study at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. I dropped out after one month because of stress and homesickness.

For 2 years I worked in Hell...No really. Regal Cinemas was my first job, where I worked minimum wage to do tasks that you would think needed to be paid more for. After I came back home from Pittsburgh, I started my job at EB Games (which is now GameStop, damn them...).

Seems my list of hobbies has dwindled some since I last made a biography. First and foremost, is my love for art and drawing. I love to draw, and even though I don't believe myself to be any good at it, most of told me otherwise. I've been drawing since I was four years old.

I've also been sucked into the world of MMORPG's (Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games) on my computer. Its a rather nice outlet for my creative writing and my ability to socialize with people while I 'game'. I've gotten Ryan hooked on them. He now plays Star Wars Galaxies during the brief times that I'm not playing EverQuest II. I've been getting away from the computer and heading more into the Live Action Role Play with friends I've made while in EverQuest II. So hopefully this will open some new doors for me.

In my spare time, I do like to watch cartoons. This ranges from american cartoons to anime (japanese cartoons). There are very few cartoons that I don't like. I do read...But mostly its about things like Wicca, Vampires or Zombies, etc etc.

Which brings me to my last paragraph. Religion. Some of you might be offended and feel the need to convert me to yours, please do not. There is nothing I hate more than to hear about how I'm 'damned' or wrong in my beliefs. I suppose the best way to describe me is Atheist. I don't believe in a god, or anything of the sort. I tried to be religious when I was much younger, but as I grew and formed my own opinions, my views have also changed. Even though I do not follow closely the beliefs of Wiccans or Witchcraft, I do find it interesting and read some the books available.

And now? Now I live in Indianapolis, Indiana with my boyfriend of 4 years, Ryan. We're doing alright for the most part. Sami is with us too.
