Officer's MUST abide by Guild rules. (Guild
Rules)

Officer's MUST have ALL his/her alternate Character's
as members in the DOS.

Officer's must keep in contact with the Guild
Leader via email.
- Officer's must have an ICQ number or a valid
e-mail address for Officer meetings.

Officer's must host raids.

Officer's must settle/handle any inner guild disputes
between regular guild members.

Officer's are expected to handle any dispute in private
/tell not in guildsay.

Officer's must warn the members disputing in guildsay
not to use guildsay to have a disagreement, to use private /tell.

Officer's are expected to give each member 2 warnings
per offence. The third warning warrants the Officer kicking the member
out of the Guild. Officer's are to notify the Guild Leader when ever
giving a warning to a guild member and what the warning was about.

Officer's must seek help from the Guild Leader or
other Officer's if they are having difficulty handling or deciding a dispute
between Guild members.

Officer's must email the Guild Leader to inform him
of what has conspired between members that lead to the decision of that
person or person's termination as a guild member.

If Officer's disagree it must be done in /tell.
If a favorable conclusion cannot be reached, then each must email or discuss
it with the Guild Leader, who will serve as a mediator and make a final
decision, if one cannot be reached.
- After an "invite" of a recruit, Officer's are to inform
the new member or new alternate character that a Application is to
be completed if that new guild member wants his/her character info
and stats posted on the Guild Roster. Without a completed Application
the character's info and stats will not be posted.

Once notified that a recruit is ready for an "invite,"
Officer's are expected to track down that recruit to complete his/her's
indoctrination into the Guild.

Officer's are required to inform new members or recruits
of the DOS web site address. The site offers information about our
guild that the new member may find useful.
