  • If Officer's disagree it must be done in /tell.  If a favorable conclusion cannot be reached, then each must email or discuss it with the Guild Leader, who will serve as a mediator and make a final decision, if one cannot be reached.
  • After an "invite" of a recruit, Officer's are to inform the new member or new alternate character that a Application is to be completed if that new guild member wants his/her character info and stats posted on the Guild Roster.  Without a completed Application the character's info and stats will not be posted.
  • Once notified that a recruit is ready for an "invite," Officer's are expected to track down that recruit to complete his/her's indoctrination  into the Guild.
  • Officer's are required to inform new members or recruits of the DOS web site address.  The site offers information about our guild that the new member may find useful.
