Random Thoughts... Ponderings, Musings and Quotes
   "      "Fluffy Bunnies ? Not!"

In my earliest days of following this my Path I was accused by "supreme minds and ultra enlightened souls"  that I was a fluffy bunny.
I am not. Though I do have a decidely wicked , though never mean, sense of humor. And I like to laugh, at myself mostly or at humankind's folly.

If anything I tend to place a load of guilt upon myself, a carry over from my Church -Lady days.
In finding the love of a God and Goddess, and having a relationship still with Jesus ...I have become freer.
I do not find the Rede or Law of Love to be oppressive, but it is something I must weigh each and every day. As I do not seek to harm anyone, yet being fallible and oh so human I will. Even the ones I love most dearly...with my words, my actions and even my Spiritual Path.
I can hope that they will forgive me. And  that I will continue to grow as a person, as a  unique creation of the Divine, and as a Poet and Writer.

I do not take for granted any of the Gifts that I have been given, and I may seem light-hearted in many pages on this my website, but they are all reflections of the different mooods, thoughts, experiences and  as I am such a "newbie" i do not feel ready to share any extremely profound teachings.
Later down the Path I may have more to add to this website. It is like me a work in progress.
Besides there are so many others who you my guests and visitors should be seeking to learn from. Use discernment, walk the Path in Love, do not seek power for its self., It comes in time and after  much study and hard work.

But find self-empowerment for yourselves, not the power of the Craft or in Magick. I believe strongly that we first  must learn to hear the Voice within ourselves. I believe that is a very good place to start.

                “Earth Prayer”

O great Spirit
Whose voice I hear in the winds,
and whose breath gives life to all the world,
hear me! I am small and weak, I need your strength and wisdom.

Let me walk in beauty, and make my eyes
ever behold the red and purple sunset.

Make my hands respect the things you have made
And my ears sharp to hear your voice.

Make me wise so that I may understand the things
You have taught my people.

Let me learn the lessons you have hidden in every
leaf and rock.

I seek strength, not to be greater than my brother,
But to fight my greatest enemy – myself.

Make me always ready to come to you with clean
Hands and straight eyes.

So when life fades, as the fading sunset,
My spirit may come to you without shame.

~ Traditional Native American Prayer

page 87 of "As Above, So Below"
No one is as capable of gratitude as one who has emerged from the kingdom of night.
We know that every moment is a moment of grace, every hour an offering;
not to share them would mean to betray them.
Our lives no longer belong to us alone;
they belong to all those who need us desperately.
