Because I wish to provide a site you the viewer can trust, I have gone to great lengths to protect the information I post. First, while I
admit to being Anti as a player, I am completely neutral as a site administrator. I accept full responsibility for all of this sites
content. I will not accept any information from anyone about their character or their monarchy. Common knowledge is also excluded from
this site (i.e. Bloods are all PKers). All information in this site is from my own experiences. As Cloud Strife pointed out the Stargod
monarchy is Anti, however, I have not had the pleasure of playing my main character where I have seen Stargod's players in action.
Therefore the Stargod monarchy is considered by me to be unknown as an Anti clan, even though common knowledge says they are Anti.
Thank you Cloud Strife for your comments. I will gladly accept comments from anyone who cares to e-mail me at the link below.
How I get information for this site was given a lot of consideration. Many players would go to great lengths to deceive me to discredit
the site, I am sure. So I have designed a foolproof strategy that is so good that I don't mind telling you. I roll up a temporary
assessor without any melee defense. Yes, I die easily, but I give up very little in experience for my death. Every few days, I delete
the character and roll up a new one with a new name. My appearance and sex are random, as is the town I start from. I assess, then move
to a new town, then post the info to my site. That way, no one knows where I am. It may seem a bit extreme, but it protects the data.
The assessor is not aggressive or verbally abusive. He will say hi when spoken to and even chitchat from time to time. The mission is
to assess everyone and report whom killed him/her. That is all.
The information may be a bit dated when you see it, but that is to protect all sides from the data. However, it is my experience to see
the same players in the same places over and over again. I am sorry if now you must move more often. As for the stats, one can estimate
any changes based on the elapsed time since the last sighting.
I have disbanded my own clan without saying why in order to do this project. This site is completely independent of any clan, or
ideology (PK vs. Anti) and will always strive to provide accurate and detailed information about players without embellishment. All
information is first hand accounts of an encounter with the named players.
A PKer as I use the term is clearly defined in the footnotes of most pages in the site. A player killing another player is not considered
in my use of the term as I don't know what led up to the fight or who started it. I use the term PKer as a player that kills without cause.
There was no provocation for the attack and the killed player is obviously weaker and an easy kill. So you must kill my assessor to be
marked as a PKer on my site. I do not consider assessing another player as provocation for an attack as assessing is critical to ones
survival. If a player does not have deception, that was their choice.

A few of my assessors are now given permanate status as to gain strength in it's assessing skill as many of the characters are very hard
to assess. Some are placed in perminate locations as these places are very hard to get to on a regular basis.
As always, I encourage your comments, even if they do not agree with my view points.
