| Prerequisite - Successful completion of Biology and Geometry (Algebra II concurrent encouraged). Elective for juniors and seniors. One credit. Full year. This is an activity-based course which focuses on topics such as motion, forces, energy, sound, light and electricity. Students will be actively involved in laboratory experiments, student-to-student problem solving, unit projects, and presentations. This has a greater scope then AP Physics, but goes less in depth. It is also less intensive in the level of math as compared to AP Physics.
