China’s 3 Gorge Dam — and its Future
Whatever! This is a really good word for everyday use. Whenever someone says or does something, a response of “whatever” will usually suffice.
Why bring that up? Well, again for unexplained and mysterious reasons, we failed to get information sufficiently in advance to let members know that on Thursday, January 30, Engineers Club features a new program to be presented by Bob Goslow.
It will be all about China’s bold venture in building the three gorges dam — truly a magnificent undertaking. To build a dam to accommodate a single gorge is difficult enough, but to accommodate three converging mighty gorges is awesome. Whatever.
Plan to be part of the audience for this visually presented epic. Enjoy lunch at the same time.
