Welcome to ecstasy-faq.com I am currently working on a master of anthropology concerned with social aspects of illicit drug use in the Melbourne clubbing scene (www.MelbourneDrugs.com). The research has given me the privilege of meeting a lot of interesting people frequenting a club and rave scene that I consider pretty unique in the world. During the course of these encounters I was a bit puzzled by the lack of unbiased information most users seem to be suffering under when it comes to drugs. This site is supposed to be a summary of the most frequently asked questions, with suitable answers During the studies I have also spent a lot of time on the newsgroup alt.drugs.ecstasy. This newsgroup is filled with regulars with a broad knowledge about drugs, but also with newbies who are searching for information. The most frequently asked questions in that newsgroup has also been included Many of the questions that I included are answered by other people than myself. The name, or in most cases alias', of the author should be easily visible. I do not condone or condemn the use of any illicit drugs. But regard unbiased information as beneficial towards reducing drug-related harm. If feel people should be allowed to base their decisions on truthful information, not propaganda that only tells one side of the story (whichever that is). If you have any input, or if there are any questions you have, please do not hesitate to mail me.
