William Edgar ( ? - 1954) married Sarah Elizabeth McDonald in Ahorey Presbyterian Church on 5th May 1904.  William and Sarah had 12 children, their children and their families are:

• James Edgar, born 19th June 1910, died 10th December 1959, James is buried in Ahorey graveyard.  James married Sarah Jane Trueman in Mullavilly Parish Church on 6th April 1938, James and Sarah had three children, William James born 9th September 1940, died 7th February 1998, Margaret Elizabeth (Lorretta) born 2nd March 1939, died 12th February 1995, and Olive, born 16th July 1953.  James and Sarah lived all their lives in Laurelvale Co Armagh.  Their childrens families are:

William James Edgar (1940-1998) married Glynis Thelma Parr,  in Mahon Parish Church Portadown, on 31st August 1963, they had two children, Richard James, born 14th September 1964 and Laurence John, born 22nd February 1968, they lived in Laurelvale all their married life, William James is buried in Ahorey.  Laurence Edgar married Shirley Hutton in Newmills Presbyterian Church, Co Tyrone, on 22nd August 2003.  Laurence and Shirley have one son Jake James Edgar, born 19th October 2004.

Margaret Elizabeth (Lorretta)(1939-1995) married Kenneth Douglas Brownlee October 1962, they had three children, Thomas (1963), Margaret Elizabeth (Joyce)(1964)and Charlene Leeann (1971)  Lorretta and Kenneth lived all their married life in Laurelvale and both are buried in Ahorey graveyard.

Olive (1953) married Keith Lappin 21st September 1975, they have three children, Andrea (29th June 1976) Colin (1st August 1979) and Ian (12th September 1984)

• Sarah Margaret Edgar, born 13th December 1906, Sarah married David McKeown and had four children, Robert, James , Esther and Vernon Edgar.  Vernon had three children Pauline Edgar, Valarie Edgar and Trevor Edgar.

• Ruth Edgar, born 7th April 1907, died 29 December 1987.  Ruth married Robert Wylie on 11th October 1928, and had ten children, Brian, Edgar, Edmond, Margaret, Irene, Dorothy, Norma, Robert John, Edith and Phylis.

• John Edgar, born 30th July 1908, John married Elizabeth Brown, they had three children, John, Colin and Deloreas.

• Mary Anne Edgar, born 3rd November 1911.  Mary married Charles Wright, they had nine children, James, Sidney, Harold, Bazil, John, Betty, Nora, Jean, Eileen.

• Nora Edgar, born 18th May 1915, died 8th November 1991.  Nora married James Dougan, they had three children, Gordon, Samuel and Majorie.

• William Edgar, born 31st January 1917, died 29th January 1973.  William married Elizabeth Aston (died 2nd September 1966)  They had two children, Raymond and Gladas.

Raymond Edgar has three children a daughter Hazel and two sons Alistair and Gavin.

• Elizabeth Jane Edgar, born 1st November 1913, died 10th April 1973.  Elizabeth had two children Eric and Mertal.

• Joseph Edgar, born 22nd December 1918, died 14th January 1961.  William married Minnie Neill, they had three children, James Nigel born 7th February 1949, died 1st April 1997, John Rodney, born 1951, died 7th March 2000,  Winfred Cora, born 1943, died 1st July 1998.

James Nigel Edgar (1949-1997) married Enid Wallace, they had two children,  Sharon Leah Edgar (1979-1995) and Joanne Edgar.

John Rodney Edgar (1951-2000) married Lillias ?  They had three children, Emma, Amanda and Neill.

Winfred Cora Edgar (1943-1998) married James Doyle, they had one son Stephen.

• Thomas Edgar, born 5th May 1923, died 1st February 1979.  Thomas married Emily Wilson, they had two children, Joy died in infancy and George.

George Edgar married Mavis Vennard, they had two children Julie and Lee.

• Robert Francis Edgar, born 5th May 1923, died 22nd December 1977.  Robert married Joan Harrison and they had five children, Robert, Kenneth, Stephen, Beverley and Mavis (1961-25th March 1977)

Robert Edgar married Susan Liggett and has two sons, Michael and Robert Scott (DOB 30th October 1981)

• David Edgar, born 20th April 1920, died 1st May 1971.  David married Violet Hall in 1947, David and Violet moved to Brisbane Australia in 1961, they had two sons, David Henry Desmond Edgar, born 28th December 1948, and William Edward Edgar, born 26th October 1956.

Desmond Edgar married Patricia Anne Elton (born 1951) they had three children, Chelsea Maree Edgar born 26th February 1976, Danielle Frances Edgar born 11th October 1978 and David John Edgar born 26th March 1980.

William Edgar married Julie Marlene Barry (born 1957) they had four children, Dean William Edgar born 10th March 1986, Adam James Edgar (1988-1990) Ryan Thomas Edgar born 28th June 1991 and Lisa Marlene Edgar born 22nd July 1994.
