Kenny Williams made his HSFL debut in 1998 and played through the 2000 season.  Although he hasn't made his return to the field in 2001, it was obvious during the hall of fame balloting that his memory has not been forgot.  Williams finished third and was the final player added to the hall of fame as a member of the class of 2001.  Williams is the type of player whose impact on a game would not show up in a box score.  He played primarily receiver and occasionaly quarter back.  He uses his above average speed to make an impact.  Williams made his claim to fame by providing energy to his teams.  One of the most aggressive players in HSFL history, Williams was involved in several on the field fights and was known around the league for ripping his opponents shirts while tackling them on defense.  The HSFL is expected to begin negotiations with Williams to play in 2001.
