He was the only child of William Shoerer and Margaretha Schwartzenberger. Ed legally changed his name to GRAVLEY. Ed married Donna Mae Hooper on (Private). Donna was born December 05, 1931 at Spokane, WA., the eldest child of Sydney Hooper and Clara Copher. She died April 14, 1996 at El Paso, TX.
Ed is the family historian. He attended high school in Spokane, WA. He then worked all kinds of construction, TV repairman, cabinet maker, cab driver, railroads, saw mills, silver & lead miner, bartended, apartment manager, hotel/ motel manager, and gained a self-taught understanding of human nature. He attended the University of Texas at El Paso, and holds Honorable Discharges from the Navy, Air Force, and Army. After the Army Ed settled down and joined the El Paso Police Dept. and became a supervisor, and retired in 1994 after 28 years. He also holds a Pilots license, and Aircraft & Powerplant license. His greatest accomplishment though was winning the love of Donna, who stood by him during his chaotic life. He grieves her sudden death and her 44 years of love and tolerance. She was the only child of Edward Lee Gravley and Donna Mae Hooper. She married John Burleson McFadden (Private). John was born (Private), eldest child of John "Mac" McFadden and Opal Williams. Debbie & John divorced on (Private).
Debbie graduated high school in El Paso, TX, then attended the University of Texas at El Paso for 2 years. She worked for the city 8 years, then worked for the El Paso Sheriff's Dept. as their communications dispatcher supervisor for several years. She was the only child of Travis (Butch) Womack and Debra Linda Kay Gravley.
Piper enjoyed high school and is learning guitar, and loves playing tennis. She graduated from high school in 2001 and plans to continue her education at the local community college. Her long range goals is to teach sign language to children.

He was the only child of Elmer Johnson and Margaretha Schwartzenberger. John legally changed his name to GRAVLEY. He married Beth Myers Lister on (Private). Beth was born (Private), 2nd child of Austin Ward Lister and Ruth Olive Butts.
John graduated high school in Spokane, WA, then moved to Osburn, Id, where he worked several years for the Sunshine Mines. When he married Beth they bought a small house from the Mine and remodeled it. John went to work at the Union 76 Bulk Plant in Osburn, and after several years bought the business, expanding it into a hardware store and furnace and air conditioning sales/service. After he married Beth, he adopted Denny, and in the next few years 3 daughters were born. John retired in 1995, and he and Beth enjoy traveling, bowling, playing golf, fishing, visiting or entertaining friends and family, and spending as much time as possible with their grandchildren. He was the adopted child of John Elmer Gravley and natural mother Beth Myers Lister. Dennie's biological father is Dennis Emerson Myers. He married Cherie Yvonne Campbell on (Private). Cherie was born (Private).
After graduating high school Denny bought a Gas Station in Osburn, Id; and in 1974 married Cherie. They operated the Service Station until 1976, then sold it and their home in Silverton, Id. Denny joined the US Army and was stationed in Germany for two 1/2 years. After his discharge Denny went to work for his Dad, installing and servicing furnaces and air conditioners. After his dad sold the business Denny started his own furnace/air conditioning business in Osburn. She was the 2nd child of John Elmer Gravley and Beth Myers Lister. She married Daniel Dancer on (Private). Dan was born (Private). They divorced unknown date at Wallace, ID. Margie then married Robert Hilton Todd Jr. on (Private). Chip was born (Private). Chip adopted Bridgett and Denna. Margie and Chip divorced in (Private) at unknown place.
Margie worked for the Washington Water Power in Spokane, WA, for 3 years. In 1979 Margie and her 3 year old daughter Bridgett, acted a bit-part with Kris Kristopherson, in the movie "Heavens Gate". In 1994 she returned to Wallace to head the re-opening of the hospital. She then went on to implement a Work Program in the tri-district schools in the Silver Valley. She served on several boards and is a member of the Kiwanis and Rotary Clubs. She also chairs the annual Wallace Winterfest and Snowmobile Race. Margie is self motivated and keeps very, very busy.

Jona graduated high school in Kellogg, ID, in 1975. She worked for her dad 13 years as office manager. She moved to Nevada in 1986 and worked for several mining companies as an accountant. She enjoys her children Bill and Kate more than anything and in her spare time loves to garden (both flower & veggies), interior design, and landscaping.

He was the only child of William Hogamier and Jona Beth Gravley.
Bill had a very happy early childhood, with his many cousins and his grandparents. At the age of 7 he had a catastrophic head injury and was very close to death for several days. But he pulled through with the help of Papa (Grandfather John) and the Lord. He continues to make outstanding improvements but will remain visually and mentally impaired. He graduated high school in 1997 and currently is looking for a job. He enjoys his family and camping.
