I'm currently on Postdoctoral Reseach leave from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE),
University of the Philippines Diliman (UPD), Quezon City, PHILIPPINES 1101
Back in UPD, I'm an Assistant Professor and formerly Head of the Communications Engineering Laboratory (CEL).
Right now, I am a Visiting Scholar at the Center for Wireless Communications (CWC),
which is a research center in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department (ECE)
of the University of California San Diego (UCSD).
My host in CWC is Professor Rene Cruz.
Previously, I was the 2004 UP-Banatao Fellow at UC Berkeley.
