This page presents
mathematics and science for the advanced high school student and for those
college students entering the fields of mathematics, engineering, and science.
The page is in the evolving stage and presents a complete coverage of differential
and integral calculus and will be followed by algebra, trigonometry and
physics. There is absolutely no cost to the user. It's free!! We welcome
constructive comments from the user. The intent is to provide help to students
in understanding the subjects presented herein. We offer limited on-line
help to those students experiencing a particular difficulty. We have all
had problems in understanding some concepts and none of you should feel
reluctant to ask a questions. |

The calculus
program referenced below is complete and is downloadable as a zip file.
It is about 2.5 megabytes in size. The Algebra and Trigonometry programs
are under construction but you can get a flavor of their future contents
by selecting them. They are not downloadable. |

I'll
be adding many graphs and triangles to the Algebra and Trigonometry pages
and I'm looking for suggestions on a good, that means easy to use as well,
that I can save as a jpg file and add as an image to the appropriate page.
I've tried picture publisher, Photo Plus, and MSDraw. So far, in drawing
triangles Draw seems to work best, but I find it wanting as well. So, I'd
appreciate any suggestions. If I'm a little slow in progress please be patient
because it's a part time effort and I'm trying to make the subjects understandable
for those entering the field of higher mathematics. Thank you |
