23rd April

Well I've slacked off again and been slow in updating the web site but no one picked me up on it this time so I figured there was no urgency.

I've spent the last 2 weeks working a lot, getting much needed money together before heading to Europe, and going out quite a bit with my mate, Andy, from work. I figured that it was better to get out of the apartment than sit around sulking that Lou wasn't here, and Andy is quite good at twisting my arm so I haven't had much of a choice. I've got one week left in Canada and it's still bloody snowing here!!! I don't think I will ever see the Canadian trees sprout.

Plans for Germany are on track although my AIESEC contact in Ausgburg, Mirko, is having a lot of trouble finding a furnished apartment for Lou and I, so accomodation is still yet to be finalised. I'm hopeful that he can secure something before I get there next week otherwise I might be staying in a youth hostel for the first week or so.

Thanks to Schultzy, Lou, Jane, Adele, Sarah Stephenson, Jenny, Georgie, Mum, and Dad, who have all emailed recently. Paul H, if you read this get your arse into gear and send me an email. I've been sending emails to your paulsusan1@bigpond.com address and I don't have any other email address for you.

Schutzy is getting into the U.K at the end of May and is a definite for Oktoberfest 2003. He's not sure how long he will be staying in Europe beyond that. Jane is making plans to be in Europe later this year and Brendan is planning on joining her.

I'm going to keep this one brief but email me if you have any news. I'll put up some new photos within the week.

Ned.
