You'll Always Be In My Heart
One day you were here and the next day you were not,
I hope the good memories are in your mind,
and the bad ones are long forgot.
When I heard the news, I just looked down with a sigh,
God suddenly took you away from me,
and it just made me fall down and cry.

It happened so unexpectedly, and I wasn’t ready for you to die,
I said that I wouldn’t go to the funeral,
for it was a promise and not a lie.
You may have vanished from the earth,
but your memory is still alive in my mind,
I never met a friend like you, one so generous and one so kind.

I will always love you, even though you went away,
I will often think of you, day after day.
Someday I hope that we can be together again,
And the thought will always linger in my mind,
since you were one of my greatest friends.

And even though we’re many miles apart,
You’ll always be in my heart.
