| Mornin, kids. We leave for Tennessee in about 9 hours, so I wanted to go ahead and write saying I'll be back on the 24th. Right now, I don't have much moved into my new webpage (hosted at velvet-sky.org), but when I return, moving in will be my main focus. I am so excited! It'll be nice to be hosted again =D. This week has been alright so far...I babysat Mon, Tues, & Wed, and today was the first day in a long time where I just sat around all day and did nothing. The only place I went was to pick up pizza at a place about a mile from my house. It was so nice to be able to sleep in until 1 & watch TV all day. I actually watched (gasp) a monster truck show. I never figured that I would be one to watch a monster truck show, but I actually liked it. Go figure. Riley (my dog) got to see her mom today. It was so cute! They played for about 30 minutes & when she left, Riley sat at the front door just looking out the glass. It was heartbreaking, but cute. We're having her mom's owners watch her while we are gone, so they will hopefully get to play while we're away. Gotta go finish (ahem, start) packing, so I'll write when I get back. I'm off.

| *does the hosted dance* WOO HOO!! Hilary at velvet-sky.org has agreed to host me!! yay! I'm really excited! =D Can't wait to start moving in, which hopefully should be soon. Camp was fun/challenging/tiring...but overall a wonderful experience. I bonded with a lot more girls on the team and had a really, really great time. We were at a University, so we stayed in dorms and had really good food. We learned 5 different dances and were evaluated on 2 of them--I got 2 blue ribbons (the higest you can get), so I was quite pleased with my performance. I am SO incredibly sore (3 days of dancing 7 AM-12 AM) but it was well worth it. We were also voted "most admired team" there, so that was very rewarding. Today, I slept in until about 12--(I was SO tired) and then I went to babysit from 3-8 & tomorrow I'm babysitting from 11-4. That's pretty much all I have planned for that...so yeah. I also got this letter saying I was nominated to attend the National Youth Leadership Forum on Defense, Intelligence, and Diplomacy in Wash. DC this fall...not sure what I'm going to do about that, but it might be a possibility for me to attend--I think it would really benefit me. Anyway I'm going to update some stuff so I'll write later. | So. Here it is. My website. Though still in its infant phase, I can't wait to see what will come. Also, there is supposed to be a grey striped background--I don't know if you can see it since it's just a geocities page--but let me know if you can. Please sign the gb & let me know whatcha think. So anyway. Today's happenings. I went to drill team practice from 9-3 and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, considering I had forgotten a good portion of the dance that we are learning for camp. We got all of our new stuff, too (totebags, clothes, etc), but we can't touch until tomorrow. bummer. It's like when you see your Christmas/birthday gifts and you just want to rip 'em open so fast...but you can't. Anyway after practice, I took Brittany to Sonic where we got Strawberry slushies (you know, the kind with the actual strawberries in them? YUM!) and then I took her home. I was planning on going to Target, but I didn't get around to that because I crashed until about 8:45 PM...lol. Anyway, I am tweaking a few things on my website, and you will see much more content added in the near future. Adios.
