RED FLAG 77 were formed in 1990 in Ipswich, England. After a few gigs they made their recording debut on the 'Punk's not dread' compilation. The FLAG then saw a few line-up changes before the next release, a split EP with PMT on Wierd Records. since then the band has gone from strength to strength with the settled line-up of Rikki Flag - vocals , Kentucky Kev - Guitar, Fanny - Bass and Malcum Powder - Drums, and have seen numerous 7" singles, compilation tracks and their 19 track debut album 'A short cut to a better world' released. Red Flag are gigging regularly, and outside England they have played shows in France, Holland, Belgium and Germany. This 7" on Menace records is dedicated to mums everywhere.
