To start with, Eiric MacBean isn't my given name, but the name of my persona in the Society for Creative Anachronism. I have a lot of fun studying medieval history and re-creating myself as someone who could have lived in another time and place.
My real name is Harriet Engle, and I just moved to Santa Fe, NM.
