Acts of the General Assembly on this issue: Friendship, Alliance, and Unions Act (2003) In order toform closer unions and alliances with friends and neighbors of Ejah, the following guidelines shall be established to ensure that the unions and alliances between Ejah and friends and neighbors can benefit Ejah politically, economically, socially, and so on. These guidelines will allow friends and neighbors to petition the General Assembly for approval for the formation of friendship with the approval of the President and Emperor and Empress be approved for an ally of Ejah. 1) All those interested in being a friend of Ejah need only to contact with the nation's name and other relevant infromation the General Assembly deems important such as leadership, contact information, and so on. 2) An embassy can be set up within both nations if both mutually agree tos uch with an exchange of ambassadors to represent each other on affairs that might concern both groups. 3) Allies of Ejah must show what benefits Ejah will gain politically, economincally, socially, and so on by allying with this friend and in what ways they will benefit from Ejah's alliance with them. 4) The General Assembly, President, Emperor and Empress can discuss the status of any friend or ally and decide at anytime to notify them that the friendship, alliance, or union may be broken. 5) Anyone group wishing to join Ejah's union may do so by submitting the same information as would be requred of new citizens of Ejah as well as each person must do teh same within the group. The group will then be a community and receive all the same rights and privledges that communities receive. If larger status other than community is needed it must be approved by the leadership of Ejah. Due to growing concerns, the General Assembly passed the following: Fifth World Council Act (2003) This document will state Ejah's intentions to participate in the Fifth World Council to learn about the Council and how it may benefit Ejah. Ejah will participate as an observer of the Council, in that Ejah will not actively participate as a member even if granted the rights. Ejah will not be controlled, indoctrined, or subjected to guidelines and rules not its own regardless of its participation in the Fifth World Council or anyother outside organization. Treaties between nations would need the approval of the General Assembly before ratified as stated in the Order of Regulations. Ejah has the right to refuse to acknowledge any group, organization, or nation that participates in other organizations or groups Ejah observes. Membership can only be granted to an organization with the approval of the General Assembly as well as the rest of Ejah's national leadership. Observer status need not require, but must be maintained by the official that began interest and that official must be a national leader of Ejah. Ejah has the right, at anytime, to be removed as an observe or any organization or group that threatens the sovereignty of Ejah and its people. Ejah has the right to protect its own interests and people. Passage of this document grants Ejah the limited power of observation in all international, intermicronational, interorganizational affairs. |

The Internet Embassy of Ejah was established as a forum between Ejah's Ambassadors and Ambassadors from other micronations, organizations, and so on to discuss issues and get to know each other. Since a great deal of those Ejah has met use the internet, we decided to establish this forum out of convenience to them. All our welcome! |
