Eric has received a commission to carve a larger than life-size sculpture of Mary for St. Paul's Catholic Church in Seneca, South Carolina. He has selected a block of  the famous Colorado Yule Marble and it has been shipped directly to the Carolinas, where Eric will go to sculpt on site. 

He has done a small (18") sculpture to use as a study for Mary (see photos below). 

After the first of the year, when we arrive in Seneca, we will be posting photographs of the ongoing project, as it unfolds.
