When casting an area spell you can try to target a single opponent in the spell's effect so accurately that he has no chance to dodge the effect.
Prerequisites: Point Blank Shot, Precise Shot, Able to cast 3rd level spells.
Benefit: When succeeding in a Ranged Touch attack with an area spell, the targeted creature is denied a Reflex saving throw against the spell. Creatures with Evasion are not denied a saving throw if the Ranged Touch attack is successful, but they are denied the benefits of Evasion for a successful save. On a successful Ranged Touch attack, a target with Improved Evasion gains the benefits of Evasion, but does not gain the benefits of Improved Evasion.
Normal: You gain no benefit for targeting creatures with an area spell.
