Top Gear Rally is back and is better than the first game. It has most of everything from the first game plus more. At first I did not think Top Gear Rally was that all that great when I first rented it but after giving it some time, I found it was pretty impressive. The graphics, sound and special effects are very well done. Effects such as the muddy puddles you drive through actually dirtes up your car and the weather effects are very realalistic too. Besides the graphics, Top Gear Rally 2 has much more to offer such as the multi-player mode that can hold up to 4 players on a split screen.
