| The radio station started when WBMQ-low powered FM went off the air permanently. All there was is GCC Radio on 72.5 FM to tune in, so I just this summer bought a new transmitter with my work money to get WBMQ-FM back on air. But the problem was that 107.3 was not vailable to transmitt, so I had a choice between 88.1 and 88.7, but us in the GCC respect all broadcasters in our area. and the station that t switched to is 88.3. The drawback is that 1 radio station in NC is WGPS which is not a local station we were going to be on 89.1 but WIPP-FM took over that station.This radio station only serves the housing complex area of Nemo Ct only at this time. Also this radio station is under the part 15 FCC rules and regulations. We are only covering an area of 30 feet and soon cover 100 to 200 feet in range. This radio station is for personal entertainment and news and information about radio sciences. |

| WRSO - FM went on the air in Green Run before i got to the new location it was a great broadcast of the best of the 4th of July. Before I started to transfer to the other location I started playing a station called radio free punx. which played the best of rare punk rock and other interesting punk hits. After that WRSO-FM to go back on the air in the new Nemo Ct. Location. But it was not on the air cause of things needed to be organized and the studio needed to be built. After that was assembled, computer was set up and mixer and stereo equipment connected I started playing some patriotic song to start off the broadcast and then started playing disco hits and the first song to kick it off was Celebration by Kool and The gang. After hours of operation I started to get back into the groove with some new dance hits and also some more rock hits. And there you go another decade of broadcasting. I would like to thank the DXers and listeners who tried to get our station in clear with their receivers. I know its a challenge but thats part 15 for ya, |

| Mainly this radio station is about broadcasting on WRSO mainly from the studios out of a second bedroom with state of the art equipment, includiing minidisc, computer, and DVD players NOT ordinary CD players, and also a good performing tape deck for uploading and remixing and also 2 mixers. Also this radio station relocates occasionally or once a month to the Green Run area at Sung Harbor area. and the main the studio are at the Nemo Ct. housing area. we welcome new listeners young and old. Also I have covered other locations where I vacation sometimes. This is only a part 15 hobby broadcast and run on a volunteer basis. And respects FCC rules part 15 regulations. I use Limewire PRO and I Tunes to get our music and other media, and also have the orginals of CD's and Tapes as well as 33 and 45 rpm records. If the sound quality is bad on the originals we try to get an mp3 of until we get the original CD's that means we have alot of good orginal tracks and one hit wonders! UPDATE : This radio station is joined forces with the GCC's AM radio station that supports The Infowars Network. Be sure to tune in to hear Alex Jones on the GCN radio Network. Our studios our located at Mayfair Apartments in the Newtown Rd area in Virginia Beach VA. And we are still under construction. |
