| Vendor Recommendations and Selection Recommendations will be provided to you for vendors that are compatible for your wedding in terms of style, service and price. Details pertaining to the vendor's pricing, range of services and availability for your date and any other relevant information will also be provided to you upon request. Vendor Contract Reviews Review of all contracts you will be entering into with vendors before they are signed to ensure accuracy and that your best interests are being represented. Vendor Follow-Ups and Confirmations All necessary follow-ups with vendors will be made at appropriate times, including contact with all vendors one week prior to the wedding to confirm all information relevant to the service they are providing. Creative Services Creative ideas and unique products to reflect your wedding theme/style: Favors, centerpieces, place cards, napkins accents, seating charts, amenity baskets, welcome baskets, etc. Editorial Consulting Assist with the wording and ordering of invitations, announcements, and programs. Ceremony Consultation Expert guidance and recommendations on themes and color schemes for the ceremony will be provided to you based on your requirements and ideas. Rehearsal Dinner Coordination All arrangements will be made pertaining to the planning of the rehearsal dinner: including location and menu recommendations. One week prior to the rehearsal, follow-up calls will be made to the location in order to confirm all details. I will also be present to oversee all details. On Site Wedding Day Coordination (Ceremony and Reception) Present at the wedding ceremony and at the reception to offer direction to all participants and vendors, ensuring that everyone know their roles and responsibilities, and that they are being preformed as required. I will oversee all details of the day. Bridal Party Decorum Consulting Special consultation providing the bridal party with information and advice on etiquette and their roles in the wedding. |
