Some Of My Cats

The photo shows Huggibear Moonlight Sonata and Huggibear Silver Serenade (aka Gemma and Hannah).  Gemma is a brown shaded silver burmilla and Hannah is a black shaded silver burmilla.  Both are secon generation.  Their parents are Summaglo Silver Solo (first generation burmilla) and Champion Hamiltarn Henrietta (burmese).  Hannah has two ccs and one day we really must go for the third to get her up to Champion!

This is Abigail.  She died kittening in 1998 and I still miss her.  She was only half pedigree officially but her father must also have been at least part pedigree to get the "colourpoints".  She had the most delightful temperament.

This is Champion Huggibear Silversand, litter brother to Hannah and Gemma.  He is a brown shaded silver burmilla.  He has the most delightful temperament, in fact I suspect that is the only reason he ever became a Champion!

So what is a first generation burmilla anyway?  Well, here is one.  She is Huggibear Keren Happuch, parents Ch. Huggibear Silversand and Adouzlo Tipof Theiceberg (chinchilla).  But the usual first generation cross is Burmese to Chinchilla. Quiz question:  who was Keren Happuch and what were the names of her two sisters?

This is Champion Huggibear Fantastic Wizard (Brian), a chocolate Burmese, parents Ismir Celtic Enchanter and Huggibear Lilac Fantasia.  His eyes aren't really as green as that, honest!  It's the light, yes, really it is!!
