JOB DESCRIPTION | ||||||
PLEASE CLICK ON LINK ABOVE TO OPEN AND TO READ EXTREMELY DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION, CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS, AND APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS. We apologize for not listing our company name in the ad. When we do include our name, here is what happens: We receive a barrage of unwanted solicitations from employment agencies; Applicants get confused about the office location. Here is why: The job is at our national headquarters in downtown San Diego. However our local franchise—a completely different entity—is well-known to the public and is located in North County. Even though the ad and the job description clearly state at which office the job is located, some applicants—not you of course—do not read. Then, they either: > call the wrong office, and it gets deluged with calls (which our franchise does not appreciate); or > never apply because they think the job is in North County. Or, they do apply because they think the job in North County—and then withdraw when they realize it is in downtown. To help make it up to you for being a “mystery company”: We provide what is probably the most detailed job description you will ever see during your job hunt. Plus, we also include some background about the company, our product, our marketing department, and our work environment. What we also will tell you, is that our 54-year-old company sells and builds a high-end, family-oriented, leisure-related product. We have 75 offices in 30 states, and we market to middle- and upper-class homeowners. Best of all, our company is number-one in the nation within our product category. Ready to learn more?
