Bad Yucatan Links Page

This page is dedicated to those lazy-ass webmeisters who have made a touristy website and have forgotten all about it, leaving the information completely irrelevant and out of date, thereby potentially misguiding travellers coming to the Yucatan and opening them up to potential lawsuits from disgruntled web page users. I mean, can you imagine coming to Merida and looking for a seafood restaurant called El Marino? The frustration? The humiliation of asking the taxi driver and having him chuckle knowingly while you stand there blinking? Of having your heart and palate set on savouring the fine menu at Graps and then having that longing torn away from you like an Italian purse snatcher on a Vespa ripping off your Pucci bag?
So here they are, as I find 'em. If you found one of your own, send it to me and we'll include it in this list.

This link is a list of Yucatan restaurants, mostly in Merida. Quite out of date as of this writing, I would say. Don't base your gastronomic decisions on this site; you are better off reading our collaborator The Casual Restaurant Critic.

Here you can read all about the Gran Plaza, especially it's restaurants! Ha ha. Most of these no longer exist. Subway was there when the mall opened, then closed for about 7 years and just recently reopened, so that part is correct!
