CONFIDENTIAL

Dear Kind Sir,

With due respect and humility, I write you this
letter which I believe you would be of great assistance to me.

I am MRS HELLEN VINCENT, the wife of the late DR.
WILLIAMS VINCENT of the blessed memory. Prior to
my husband assassination by the rebel forces loyal to MAJOR JOHN PAUL KOROMA, he was the Director General National Gold and Diamond Mining Corporation of Sierra Leone.

Two days before my husband was assassinated, he
instructed me and my son (Fred) to move out of
Sierra Leone immediately, before the powerful
Economic Community of West African States forces intervened which eventually
resulted into a brutal civil war. I and my children managed to escape to Abidjan, Ivorire through the help of my husband friend who is a
boat trawler. We came into Abidjan with some valuables including a cash sum of $18.5 million Eighteen million five hundred thousand united states dollars only) in two trunk boxes which I deposited with my son name,(Fred Vincent);

For your information we did not disclose the real
content of the boxes to the security company and
we do not want them to know this under any circumstances, rather we deposited the boxes as containing family valuables.

Please come and assist us to claim these boxes from the security company because we have not document to prove ownership and source of this
money if we are question in the bank, we therefor need your assistance by coming here to claim this money on your foreign bank account. You should also source for good investment opportunity so that we can invest wisely for the future of my Son.

We have it in mind to reward you with 10% of the total amount for your assistance as soon as we hear from you.

Do not hesitate to call my son on this line immediately you receive this letter inother to enable us proceed towards retrieving the boxes
and transferring of the fund into your account.

Note: No one else knows about this money, it is only you who knows about it.

May God bless as you assist us.

Yours sincerely
MRS. HELLEN VINCENT

Dear Mrs Hellen Vincent,

Your heart felt plea brought tears to my eyes.

I was very sorry to hear of the assassination of your husband the late DR WILLIAMS VINCENT.  I understand that he was an intelligent, well respected and kind man, much like myself.  He obviously cared for you and your children very much.  It was thoughtful of him to have you and your children escape in time, especially with so much money.

How long were you married? How many children do you have and what are their ages?

I would be pleased to assist you with this transaction.  Being a man of god myself I am honoured to be able to help others in their hour of need.

The reward that you mentioned would be very useful as well.  You see I am in charge of fund raising and investments for a small girls home, it is called the "Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence School for Wayward Wenches".  Perhaps you have heard of it.  My job requires me to regularly travel the globe for both raise funds and check on investments, so I may be able to travel to visit you if required.

The ten percent figure that you mentioned, however, seems a little low given the expenses that I would incur in travelling to free the cash.  I think that 30% would be a fairer figure.  I am sure that you will not quibble given that I will help you invest your 70% for a few years at no additional cost.

Please let me know how I can assist.

God bless you.

Rev. Elmer Fudd

Dear Rev. Elmer,

I thank you so much for your quick reply, I prayed before I
sent this proposal to you. I am a Christain as well, and I
hope that God will make this transaction a success.

I had three issues, though two died during the war, I dont want to remember that now. I have only Fred, my only son who is my first child, who is right now with me here in Abidjan he is 21yrs old. I have been married for the past
22years.

Dear Rev. You are not wrong to ask for 30%, but then I and
my son intend to offer you a 30% dividend share in any
investment that we shall embark on in the future.

Prior to your demand, me and my son have decided to increase your
share from 10 to 20%, and we hope that you will find it
satisfactory, since we are going to work together as one
family in the nearest future.

The procedure of this transaction will be as follows:-

You will make proper arrangements of the accounts where the funds would be transfered to before your arrival to Abidjan.

Your presence would be required in Abidjan, because once the boxes are released from the Security company, you will open account locally here in your name, where the funds would be deposited locally in an account that would be opened in your name, before futher transfer to your account abroad.

I have a sister Lawyer that attends the same church with
me, she will assist us in procuring all the documents that would be required to facilitate this transaction without problems from the government authority here.

I wish that you will take me as your sister and I will take
you as my brother, we work as one family, without any of us
hiding anything from our minds, we tell the truth to each other, then God will help us in any of our projects and make our dreams come true.

You will also help me to offset my debt (Demurage) with the Security company on your arrival to enable them release the boxes. They do not know the content of the boxes, and I would not want to open the boxes in their presence. As soon as the boxes are withdrawn from the Security company, you
can have all the money that you spent including your
percentage, before we go to the bank for the lodgement of
the funds.

On your arrival to Abidjan, I will also expect you to
present to me your idea of investment programme. Infact, I will like to have your private fax and phone numbers for more clearifications.

I await your quick reply. I thank you so much, may God
bless you. Please I will like to know about your family if
possible.

Yours Sincerely,
Mrs Hellen Vincent.

Dear Hellen,

My heart wept at the thought of the suffering that you have seen.  To lose two children during the war is truly tragic.

I asked the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence and the girls resident here at the home to pray for you and Fred.  We are certain that life will improve for you once we help you to release the boxes.

I have also seen my share of tragedy.   I am an only child, an orphan to be precise.  My parents were killed in a car accident when I was 3.  I was raised by the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence in the ladies home in which I now work.  Being the only male in the home had its advantages.  There was always a young lady (or two) available to comfort me in my time of need.  Because I was well looked after both physically and mentally.  I did not search for a wife.  However at the age of 38 I found true love.  My darling Appolonia.   We and shared five happy years together before she was shot and killed by a bandit.  His name, Virgil Sollazo, is burned into my memory.

Fortunately my, godfather, Don Corleone, was there to comfort me at that time.  He has contacts in prison and has made certain that someone is there whenever Sollazo bends over to pick up the soap in the showers.

My dear sister, I ask you to be vigilant.  There are many people that would want to take advantage of a poor widow such as your self in these circumstances.  Especially those in the security company.  We need to make sure that the security company has not opened or tampered with the boxes in any way.  What are the boxes made of?  How are they sealed?  How can be certain of their contents?

I hope I have not offended you with my request for 30% of the funds.  I am sure that you understand that I do not wish to take advantage of you.  I am only seeking to cover my expenses and have some funds left over to take care of the young ladies here in the girls home.

In the spirit of charity, however, I am prepared to accept the 20% that you offer.   I am not a greedy man, I will also accept a 15% dividend share in the investment that I shall undertake for you instead of the 30% offered me.

I have also made enquiries about potential investments.  Do you have any concerns about where I invest your money?  I understand that we could make a killing in the adult entertainment business.  I have a friend, John Holmes, who is quite experienced in this area.  He assures me that the costs could be kept low and the returns high if we take advantage of the steady supply of young ladies in the home.  What do you think?

Please write to me soon and tell me about Abidjan.   Where can I meet you?  Where will I stay?

God bless you.  Your loving brother

Rev. Elmer Fudd

Dear Rev. Elmer,

I thank you so much for your understanding. I promise that
you will be very happy with me by the time we conclude this transaction and start a real investment. In as much as that we shall work together as one family, I will always want you to feel free to tell me your feelings and suggestions about anything concerning this transaction, this will help
us to always find the simplest strategy to work out any programme. I love your idea, in entertainment business, however we can combine it with real estate management.

I am very much confident that things will work out between
me and you, I strongly beleive in God and hope that he will be with us. I also appreciate your prayers, after all our past experience, we should realise that it is only God that
can make our dreams come through, and we should not seize to pray.

I trust the Security company, they are very kind and nice,
on your arrival, we shall go together for the clearance of
the consignment, you will also realise that they are good and trusworthy people. The pnly thing is that there charges are a bit high.

The boxes are made of steel, they have two locks. I have
the keys, no one can tamper with the locks, unless that the box is completely stolen. I trust the security company, you dont have to worry about them. I have all the deposite
documents. I can send them to you if you give me your fax
number. I will also like to have your phone number to
enable me call you for more clearification.

Abidjan is the economic capital of Cote D'Ivoire, in english Cote D'Ivoire is called Ivory Coast, this place is in the Western part of Africa. I stay in a private villa with my son. On your arrival, you may stay at the same place with us or you may stay in any of the five stars Hotels here, there are lots of them, I will give you the names and phone numbers for you to call and make your
reservation as soon as you decide on either.

I will expect your response soonest. Please take good care
of yourself.

Thanks your sister,
Mrs Hellen V.

3 October 2002

My dearest sister Hellen,

I have commenced making plans for my voyage to Abidjan, I expect to travel within the next two or three weeks - certainly before the end of the month. I will confirm the date of my arrival shortly.

My dear sister, some of the things that you wrote to me have really touched my heart.  You said that you wish to work together with me as one family and that you always want me to feel free to tell you my feelings and suggestions.

We I have something to admit and hope that I won't offend you.  Hellen, I must confess that through our correspondence I am beginning to feel an emotional attachment to you.  I hope you do not mind me sharing this with you and am curious to hear your thoughts on the subject. You see I am a lonely man, while I have not been deprived of physical comforts, I must admit that I need something more.  Something that only a mature woman such as yourself can offer.

Was your offer to share your lodgings merely an offer of accommodation or was their also an implication of a chance to get funky ?

Will you meet me at the airport?  How will I recognise you?  I have attached a photograph of myself so that you may recognise me.  I hope that you find me attractive.  I am in my bathing suit - do you swim?  Can you please send me a photo of yourself, I am told it is quite hot in Africa, perhaps a photo of your swimsuit - do you wear a bikini? Of course I am joking, any glam photo of you will suffice.

I am glad that you think that my investment ideas are good.  I am sure that we can make lots of money together.  I have other investments in mind as well.  We can discuss those later.  You mentioned that you were interested in real estate management.  I am thinking of bringing my close friend, Wil E. Coyote with me to Abijan.  He is a real estate expert and can help us invest the money. Wil enjoys travelling  - especially in desert areas - and loves game food, especially wild birds such as road runners.  Do you know of any nice restaurants that we can visit in Abijan?  Wil also speaks french very well, he was taught by his uncle, Pepe Lepew, who lived in France for about 25 years.

What do you think?

Hellen, you asked for a fax number but the only contact numbers that I have are here at the girl's home.  The faxes and phone are answered by the secretary who takes messages.  It is not private.  Please email me the documents that you mentioned instead.

Please write soon.

Your loving brother
