That's a easy but you're going to have to do some thinking. The easiest way is to ask the Manager of the place where you live whether she or he received any inquiry about you. What the IRS love to do, and this is very common practice, is to send a letter to the Manager of the apartment complex, asking questions about taxpayer.
They normally like to verify your residence-current, previous or future, get employment verification, bank information, telephone number, and anything else pertinent to you that the Manager might know. As soon as the IRS has it, they got you. Simple as that.

2. No I oppose it. It is the most oblivious system I have experienced, seen and study. It has been set up to support the Notion of uneven wealth distribution and the Theory of rich getting richer and poor getting poorer. The biggest in size, middle class pay for everything in the United States. Poor have nothing to loose and pay and rich have the wealth to protect themselves. The current system gave the biggest rise to crime spring in the history of this country, and is behind the mechanism of communist network built-up since the end of WW II. I support National Sales Tax as the Fair and Just system of levying taxes for Revenue, since we are already taxed triple: employment taxes, state taxes, local taxes and sales taxes. The most corrupted branches of the government and the richest oppose it because it would decrease their revenue, decrease the government size, eliminate to certain degree; discrimination, crime, abuse of power, and would collect fair share of money from those who have them versus putting more money into the hands of middle class. The biggest fear for the government is that the National Tax System would take away from them the control mechanism, which they use to manipulate the society and keep in curbs. You know the stories of the IRS and their unleashed power? so you know what I meant; it's in my book.

I have a strong feeling that my Landlord is spying on me and sending information to the IRS. They seems to know private things that no one else could provided to them other then myself and my girlfriend. I know that I haven't spoke with them, neither was my girlfriend. Is there a way to know?
