FIRST TIME VISITORS
You are entering kLOW Auction. This is online auction where you can find books, collectibles, jewelry, silver, gems and more 24 hours year around. You don't have to be registered to browse the site. However, to place a bid or to auction your own items you have to be registered user. To register simply go to Register Me.
HOW TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT
You will need to go to Register Me and register as a new user.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Paymnet is a free service available exclusively to kLOW Auction members. Simply choose the method of payment. You can use PayPal to send and receive money online from PayPal or checking account, send money for FREE, use personal, business and cashier checks.
PRICE CONFIRMATION
The high bidder, winning bid is the final auction price or the sales price. You will received auction invoice for your closed listings and high bidder notification by email. The auction bid is a legal contract and you are obligated to contact the seller within 3 business days from the auction closing date. All auctions should be finalized within 10 business days.
CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD
To change your password or to update your profile, you have to go to Change Registration.
CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING
Confirm and change your shipping information in your Register Me section. You can do this at any time. To make changes click Edit Options.
ADDRESS
Your item or items will be shipped to the address provided in your Registration Form. If you do not want a purchase sent to the address shown, please communicate with the seller the new shipping address. Your selection can be shipped via FedEx within 2 business days. An additional charge will be added to your order.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
To track any package by the carrier, shipped within the last six months, simply go to their tracking site and enter the carrier's Reference Number you assigned to it and select the "Track" button.
SECURITY
This auction site is only available to people who are legally able to form binding contracts with the Seller/Buyer of an auction item under applicable law. People who are under the age of 18 are not eligible for membership. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not eligible to use these auction services. As a Bidder, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description (or linked to from the description) so long as those conditions of sale are not in violation of this Agreement or unlawful. A bid cannot be retracted unless it is due to fault by the Seller, such as typographical error, change of item description after your bid has been placed, and/or other human error on the seller's part. Once you place a bid, and you are the high Bidder accepted by the Seller, you are obligated to complete the buying transaction based on the said price you indicated as your bid. Failure to complete a winning bid transaction will result in immediate default in potential revenue/commission, and can be considered breaking a legally binding contract and prosecutable by law. As a Seller, the item(s) you list on this site for sale must be real and tangible items. Listings may only include text descriptions, graphics and pictures you supply to our site that describe your item(s) for sale. All items must be listed in an appropriate category. Once a bid has been placed for your item, you are placed into a binding contract with the potential buyer of the product, if that bid shall be the highest. If you receive at least one bid at or above your stated minimum price - or in the case of reserve auctions, at or above the reserve price - you are obligated to complete the transaction with the highest bidder upon the auction's completion. Without limiting any other remedies, kLOW Auction may suspend or terminate your account if you are found (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation) to have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with our site. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, status, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our service and your bidding on listing, purchase, solicitation of offers you purchase, sale of items, and network building activity. You agree to indemnify and hold us and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from any claim or demand - including reasonable attorney's fees made by any third party due to or arising out of breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference - or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. The site cannot and does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the site. Operation of the site may be interfered with by factors outside of our control. As a registered user, you agree to refrain from listing any items that would conflict with the terms and Agreement of this site, and are prohibited by law. All informations are Private.
RATES & POLICIES
Shipping rates quoted are estimates based on the first class regular mail. Other shipping charges may apply and your final shipping charge may differ depending upon your selection. If you wish to return any kLOW Auction purchase, you may do so within 10 business days of your receipt of that purchase for credit or refund. Please see the UPS Rate, FedEx Rate and Service Guide applicable to you for details.
