Ryan & Katie Hirvi

After years of expectation... It finally happened!
August 11, 2001



I must confess I was a little skeptical of an outdoor wedding in Prince George. Katie and Ryan must have good connections cuz it was the warmest and sunniest day we have had in over 2 years... seriously.
I don't know why we are always amazed when God wants to bless us.


Of course, you have to be ready for any weather at any time of year around here!
The guys were making sure they would arrive on time no matter what might happen to fall from the sky.


The wedding was set at the home of Ryan's Mom. Everything was absolutely beautiful.




Alecia and Nathaniel were the tiniest little flowergirl and ring bearer I have ever seen. They did a great job walking down the aisle.
We even got some of the obligatory nose picking pictures, but I didn't post them here. You'll have to come visit me if you want to see them.


The setting made for some real postcard type pictures.


Katie has dreamed of this day all of her life, and it's not hard to see why. She makes a beautiful bride.
And with her beauty being more than skin deep she will be a fabulous wife.


Ryan just stepped into the frame as I snapped this picture and I loved the result!
