We are very happy to welcome Leonard Theisen (pronounced Tyson)into our family.


Generally we think of the Knight in Shining Armour coming on horseback to rescue his Princess Bride.
But this day we were treated to the Princess Bride being delivered by horse to her Knight in Shining Armour.






But of course Daddy couldn't give up his only chance to walk his little girl down the aisle.
Not to mention, who would trust a horse amongst 300 strangers.
During this procession, Len played guitar and sang "Butterfly Kisses" and if you listen close you can hear the song playing here in the background.

There was hardly a dry eye in the field as the proud parents presented their little bundle of Joy to the man of her dreams.


Maybe I'm gettin old or something, I'm not usually a mushy kind of person, but the ceremony was very beautiful. With eight weddings in the family in 10 months, I'm stepping out on a dangerous limb to say it was the nicest ceremony I have ever been too.
It was very heartfelt and sincere...
not just the 'make me say what I gotta say, and let's get this over with' kinda thing that we had at our wedding!


Instead of the usual CD playing, or close friend singing, the whole wedding party sang a song of worship and celebration.
Of course we didn't really expect Tineke's wedding to be anything ordinary.


Strolling through rose petals was a nice touch...
It put a nice focus on the bride and groom ;)


I've never really seen an ugly bride, but truly Tineke, you were a beautiful bride.
