at a recent wedding, the bridesmaids' bouquets were orange & purple, i kid you not!  their dresses were blue (the bride carried white flowers with green filler).  my friend is the groom, so i don't know what the scoop is behind the color scheme...
kati gave me this cool bouvardia plant-- the petals open up like a pink X, with a square center.  (what, doesn't everyone have a 16-pack of crayolas at their desk?)
