I borrowed this spell from somewhere and  I'm very sorry I don't remember where or from whom. It's a very useful spell.

Spell for increased psychic power

Materials:

An amethyst, a blank piece of paper, a blue pen, a bowl, and some water.

Procedure:

At dusk, or whenenver in need, gather the materials listed above. Take the amethyst in your projective hand and place it over your third eye chakra.
