| The Witch in Into the Woods is evil, yes, but not hopelessly so; more important, she's right about things that go on during the show, but the nice (as opposed to good) characters dismiss her because she is responsible for their troubles - to their peril, it turns out. They pin the blame on her for the chaos and death of Act II. |
