There are only thirteen minutes left of Christmas Day. I am in the spareroom/office, donning my gay jammie apparel, a pony tail and a full belly. I spent the day with the family, the whole day. It wasnt too bad. I so badly wanted a nap, I think they let me sleep a whole five minutes.

Last night I went to Grandpa's, the same old routine. I was way late and had arrived after the gifts had been opened. Not a problem. I got my $30 from Grandpa and watched them open their gifts. I took off after a half hour, headed for Peter and Roger's house. Now this was fun. This to me, is what the holidays are about. There was so much love and joy in that house. I am so glad that I got to be a witness to it. Of course the boys were there (eventually) and then I got to see some faces I hadnt seen in a while, Larry and Annie kept me in stitches all night! Then there was David. I must say, I like that boy. He scares me, but I like him! We had a blast just talking giggling and watchkng them all open thier gifts. They were all so excited, like little kids almost, and were surprised and grateful for all of it. It was so nice to be there with all of them. I left some time near 1am, only to walk into the office and wrap until 3am. It was awful. I wont ever do that again! I never was that bad, and I vow not to be again!

Today I was awoken by the pouncing of 70lbs onto my chest and licking my face to death! I love my little Manny. He was an angel all day. He got some neat toys and so did I. Lots of tigger things, a lunch box, socks, a scrubby thing, jammies, a henly... the list goes on! I got some great stuff and am really grateful that I have a family that cares and we are all fortunate enough to be able to give to each other and share like we do.

hooray for email!
