ABOUT EMTPA
Division I   Class Weights: 2750, 3750, 4000, 4500, 6500, 7500   
Special rules and limits:
1. Wheelie bars required after first pull attended.   
2. No cut on tires of any kind.   
3. No add on weight brackets of any type. No suitcase or hang on weights allowed. Factory correct frame bolt-on weights allowed. Loaded tires allowed. Wheel weights bolted or mounted to wheels only.   
4. Stock drawbar no higher than 18" to hitch point. Hitch point at least 24" back from center of rear axle.   
5, Stock RPM's with 5% error.
3 mph speed limit with no on-the-go shifting - use any gear. No stroker cranks or any other crank other than stock.   
6. Pressed steel wheels allowed with axle adapters. No widened rims or oversize rims for tire width - must be tire manufacturers recommended rim width.

Tire size limits per weight classes listed with stock width rims:

3500 through 4500 tire limit 15.5
5500 through 6500 tire limit 16.9 X 38, may use 18.4 on less than 38" rim
7500 and above tire limit 18.4
Division 2  Special rules and limits:     Class Weights: 2750, 3750, 4000, 4500, 5500, 6000, 6500
1. Wheelie bars required   
2. Tires may be top-cut only.   
3. Stock RPM's with 20% error. No turbo's allowed.
3 mph speed limit with no shifting after 50 ft line   
4. Weights and brackets not to extend more than 24" in 2750 - 3500 classes. Weights no further than 11
feet from center of rear axle in all classes above 3500. Rear weights not to extend beyond rear tires   
5. Drawbar no higher than 18". Hitch point at least 18" back from center of rear axle.   
6. Pressed steel wheels allowed with axle adapters. Rim size as per tire manufacturers recommendation.
Tire limits the same as Div I.   
7. No stroker cranks or any crank other than stock.
Division 3 Special rules and limits:     Class Weights: 3750, 4750, 5500, 6000, 6500, 7500, 8500
1. Wheelie bars required.   
2. Tires may be full-cut.   
3. Stock RPM's with 20% error.
3.5 mph speed limit with no shifting after 50 foot line.   
4. Turbos allowed in 7500 and 8500 classes.   
5. Weights no further than 11 feet from center of rear axle. Rear weights not to extend beyond rear tires.   6. Electronic ignitions allowed but no rev limiters.   
7. Drawbar no higher than 20". Hitch point at least 18" back from center of rear axle.   
8. Pressed steel wheels allowed. Widened or oversize rims may be used.
Tire limits: 18.4 X 38
Division 4    Special rules and limits:   Class Weights: 5000, 5500, 6500, 8500, 10000 
1. Any cut on tires allowed.   
2. Stock RPM's with 20% error.   
3. Special rules for 7500 & higher classes:
3000 RPM Limit    Diesel, Gas or LP engines - Turbos allowed 4. 18.4 tire limit for all weights.   
5. Engines must be stock appearing.    
6. Tractor and frame must remain stock appearing.
Division 5  Special rules and limits:   Class Weights: 4750,  5500,  6500  
1. Naturally aspirated engines only in 3500 through 4500 classes. Gas, Diesel or LP.    
2. 5500 and above may be naturally aspirated or turbocharged - Gas, Diesel or LP.   
3. Tractors must be stock appearing for make and model.   
4. No horsepower, cubic inch or age limits.   
5. Tires may be any size and cut.   
6. Home made manifolds allowed.   
7. No nitrous oxide or mixing of fuels.   
8. Electric or mechanical fuel pumps may be used.   
9. Carburetor must be single barrel updraft - any size.   
10. No fuel injection on gas tractors. No throttle body injection.   
11. Diesels may use any size injection pump using adapter plates.   
12. Block or crankcase must be correct manufacturer for brand. Must bolt in stock location.
Examples: 88 Oliver may use 310 CID block, IH 460-560-656 may use 301 CID block, JD may use 404 CID block. Others must be approved.   
13. Exhaust must have single pipe discharged vertically. Headers allowed under the hood and behind side panels.   
14. Cast iron heads only from correct manufacturer. Diesel heads can be converted to gas. No overhead cams.   
15. Limit of
4000 RPM's with factory flywheel. Over 4000 RPM's, steel flywheel is required
Division 6 V-8 Hobby Tractor Class Weight: 5500 lbs.
Rules to follow local pulling rules with all safety equipment (Local Nostalgia class rules)
Division 7  Limited Modified               Class Weight: 6000 lbs.
Special rules and limits:
1. One (1) engine, no larger than V8   
2. Gas or Alcohol   
3. One (1) carburetor, no size limit   
4. 30.5 X 32 rear tire size limit   
5. Any rear end   
6. No nitrous, propane or other bottled fuel   
7. No fuel injection   
8. Must have all safety equipment   
9. Must have fenders   
10. Wide front end
