The Emu Park Golf Club is known throughout the Capricorn Coast for its friendly casual atmosphere.. Located 1km west of the beautiful township of Emu Park on the Emu Park, Rockhampton Road. Emu Park is 44 klm east of Rockhampton, the beef capitol of the world. The course , overlooks the towns of Emu Park and Zilzie.The Emu Park Golf Club, boasts members, and social golfers from the surrounding towns of Zilzie, Kinka Beach, Causeway Lake and the Cawarral area. Many a visitor and interstate golfer has gone on to become a member of the Emu Park Golf Club. With the nearby development of the Great Barrier Reef International Resort which includes the Wayne Grady designed links Golf Course there will be a great choice for the golfing fraternity on the Capricorn Coast.
The Emu Park Golf Club boast a unique hazard on the second fairway, that being a crocodile, a freshwater crocodile to be precise.
